You can ride them out if you're prepared. Most houses in flood zones in my area look like pic. While safe from flood waters I wouldn't ride a cat 5 out in one with the wind. You have to have at least 3 days of food and water supplies etc. rural areas people are prepared big cities are full of retards and niggers so a lot die.
