Yes, it's fucking working gents! Google is issuing refunds to advertisers because of fake traffic and fake clicks.
>Google Issuing Refunds to Advertisers Over Fake Traffic, Plans New Safeguard
>Some advertisers question level of refunds, want more details about fraudulent traffic
>In the past few weeks, Google has informed hundreds of marketers and ad agency partners about the issue with invalid traffic, known in the industry as “ad fraud.” The ads were bought using the company’s DoubleClick Bid Manager over the course of a few months this year, primarily in the second quarter.
If you haven't already, install AdNauseam. It's a fork of uBlock Origin and it does everything that uBO does PLUS it sends fake clicks to advertisers and trackers and it confuses them and it fucks the people who pay for ads. The net effect is that advertising is becoming less and less profitable and people who pay for this shit are losing fate in the system.
if they didn't have their claws into captcha i'd block them completely
somebody should make a proxy that spoofs google's servers in the browser or something, a fuck you google browser

I just went to the adnauseum website and the creators are jewish. Why are we trusting them?

Dunno, I'm from #OperationGooGone and the previous bread was brought to our attention and OP from old bread told me to takeover. Apparently they were doing something similar to us. We got the normieproof tutorial in the OP if you wanna spread that.

Ryder Flores
Clicks this systematic will be easy for google to detect and refund (eventually they won't even count users with this pattern). The better way is to set adnauseam to click only sometimes and let it do its thing.
Ideally, we could have clicking pattern that'd look organic to google but doesn't result in sales for the advertisers. Lowering the overall value of ads. If this pattern was automatically distributed to all users, increasing or decreasing the overall number of fake clicks, it could completely fuck the price calculation. When google lowers the price of due to the higher overall number of fake clicks you change the pattern to lower the amount of fake clicks, when they increase the price you increase the amount of overall fake clicks again and so on.
Here's when Eric Shit invited Kissinger to a Google talk. Also if you review the ads they tell you what Google is collecting. youtube.com/watch?v=wooGL__-OvA
I thought probably there should have been an immediate arrest considering the arrest warrant, or that it should have been decried as poor taste, but listen to brain-damaged Kissinger for yourself, along with Google's brain-damaged CEO.
It's already installed, I'm not useless. It's simply not giving me feedback.

how the fuck do you download it from github? i dont see a 'download; button anywhere

I can't imagine the disappointment of anyone buying my user data. >ok guys we have this black man from argentina, well we think he is a man but sometimes he is a woman, anyway, "they" sometimes are big proponents of open source software although they are given to tell people their time if worthless if they use it. >On the other hand "they" are interested in national socialism except those times when they are big proponents of national Bolshevism and the rare occasions they advocate for anarcho-capitalism at the very least we know they are not an anarcho-communist for sure. >Now, we know homosexuals are a big market and this person seems to be one... on ocassion... to differing degrees each time, except those times he accuses them of being pedophiles that should be gassed. For sure we know they fap to traps, regardless of whether they find them gay or not.
Cameron White
It clicks every ad that it sees, so trackers are completely thrown off by what users are and are not interested in. Basically, if every user ever got this program, it would completely defeat the purpose of hosting ads anywhere pointless.
Grayson Phillips
Someone explain.
Why would Google not be able to avert this by simply ignoring non-human-like activity? Like clicking more than half the ads page after page. Someone on the last thread said dynamic IP but it doesn't make sense. (i) Does not need to track an IP over a long time, activity within any given minute would be sufficiently characteristic. (ii) Even if it worked, who would bother cycling IP's every 10 minutes. It would be impossible to reach any critical mass. But there's (i) anyway.
So?
Jason Bell
It's started giving some feedback now, sort of. I'll stick with it a while.
>Why would Google not be able to avert this The question shouldn't be would, but is. >Is google using said strategies to avert this? If they are not, all the more reason to support.
Josiah Baker

>Someone on the last thread said dynamic IP but it doesn't make sense. I said that and it made perfect sense in the context of the original question which was "why can't google just block IPs that do dodgy ad shit" (paraphrased). As for non-human-like activity, that's above my level of understanding unfortunately.
Brayden Bennett
The fappening, Sup Forums got swarmed by teens looking for Jennifer Lawrence's nudes.
Ethan Nelson
I actually really like this feature. It gives you visual trophies of all the degenerate elitist ad companies you're fucking.
Liam Hall
>Why would Google not be able to avert this by simply ignoring non-human-like activity? They will. The manpower they'll have to invest to solve it adequately is a win already. If people setup the extension to click on ads less often it will be even harder to detect and require even more manpower to figure it out. Which is a bigger win.
>looking for Jennifer Lawrence's nudes They were severely disappointing, she's not even very good looking I don't think. Maybe I'm just gay.
Julian Rogers
After the guy that started the fappening was convicted, do you think he got his ass kicked or do you think the inmates respected him? I'm leaning towards the latter.

Well that's based on Chromium so I don't see a reason why there'd be an issue. Then again I don't know how far it deviates from the Chromium norm.
Leo Morris
thats sick. it looks like its banned on Chrome though so it looks like I gotta use this on Opera right?
Cameron Sullivan
I frankly don't think it would bother them much. They'd just run a thousand instances of this adnauseam and train a deep learning algorithm with a range of the settings of the plugin and be done with it in a couple of days. Might even have a handful interns do it for free.
Oliver Lopez
Technology advances faster than the law can cover, burgerbro. Go for it.

so it does half of what ublock does while exposing your browsing history to advertisers? wow where do i sign up?

It's only banned from the Chrome store, but you can still install it manually by following the instructions provided on their GitHub. I'm currently using it on Chrome and it's working great.

If you believe changing any aspect of a mission critical product in a big corporation is that trivial I don't know what to tell you.
Also, they are already giving refunds to advertisers and if they don't solve it before it gets worse the lack of trust will resonate with advertisers for years. It doesn't matter if they solve it 100% unless they can get 100% of advertisers to believe them they did the amounts lost could be significant.
Considering its free for us and takes only a minute to set up any amount of damage is a small win.
Thomas Cook
>so it does half of what ublock does Explain
>while exposing your browsing history to advertisers? It clicks on all the ads. When all the ads are clicked, none of them are, and that ends up costing the ad companies money.

oh FUCK im a retard i downloaded the actual github files not the release that is made for people to download
here it is if anyone cant find it github.com/dhowe/AdNauseam/releases and a little tutorial for anyone who had the same problems as me: 1. go to the link and download the release made for your specific browser 2. unzip the folder and go to your browser extensions 3. hit load unpacked extensions and select the unzipped folder 4. should work

They only might be able to know what sites people go on. That's not useful to advertisers, and that's not useful do dataminers either. With this blocker, ad companies are paying websites for white noise, thus losing money. We already know how much traffic sites get through trackers like Alexa.
Jace Scott

it's very useful if those same people were blocking ads before.
>With this blocker, ad companies are paying websites for white noise, thus losing money.
noise can be filtered. best just to keep silent and use a regular ad-blocker that does not give them clicks at all.
David Allen
True, in that respect there's nothing to lose.
On the other hand, unless I'm missing something, this would supply shitloads of tracking information which otherwise would be blocked by conventional adblockers. That's what I'm suspicios of. What if it's a honeypot?
Landon Gutierrez
So Jim had a good point and maybe it is the only way to destroy everything. So he suggested we give up our fight for Net Neutrality and bring the fucking system down. Yes we will be affected but they will be as well. So maybe the threat of ISP's getting more involved it will bring google to heel
