The Louisiana Cajun Navy, formed last year in response to historic flooding, is an all-volunteer group dedicated to rescuing victims of catastrophic flooding. Yesterday, they headed to Houston earlier to assist in rescue efforts. However, in a post to the organization’s Facebook page, the Cajun Navy is currently standing down after looters allegedly shot at them while trying to overtake their boats.
