The way I did it - I channeled those simptoms into constructing area: I was obsessed with absurd letters calculating (I won't tell you how exactly, because I believe it could be a mind-virus) when I saw text, so I decided to learn linguistics and calculate texts etymologically, finding the meaning of letters (even though modern school teaches goyim letters don't have any meaning, in hebrew they do, that's why I used that word)

It's because you assign the thoughts in your head with meaning, and some you assign so much meaning to that you give them power. When you notice a thought making you feel unpleasant, immediately switch your brain to something to feel thankful for. When you let your mind wander in the darkness it creates more darkness. Dismiss negative thoughts. Don't even entertain them. As soon as you recognise the negativity, dismiss that thought and replace it with gratitude. It will seem hard at first but then, you'll find a happier state of being. Because worry is like paying interest on a debt you may never owe.

But ofc you need few people around you just in case. You cannot live your entire life alone. But that doesn't mean you need to get married because you have to. Do it when you want to. I hope you understand what I'm saying here.

That is true. I am young and it's not the key to happiness. Really I have passions and I have chances to make them a career and that truly makes me happy. I just wish I could reverse my obsession to that so I can truly invest more time.
