Truvada is a meme and you'd know that if you knew anything. One of its active ingredients has been in use since the 1980s and there is at least one HIV strain out there resistant to it. The other is a near identical isomer of another early anti retroviral drug which is now rarely used because of resistances. The 'success' rate of truvada is likely down to either bad reporting or outright lies from the medical establishment which has a good chunk of its overall funding coming from groups dedicated to heroically keeping people like you alive.

The chances of catching HIV from an infected person through anal sex are about 1.3%. Through heterosexual sex, it's about 0.0007%. That is to say, even for faggots, catching HIV should be very fucking difficult.
