Dispelling critical theory is as easy as refusing to agree on the asinine redefining of reality, and refusing the illogical premises they draw from such practices outright.

Critical race theory is based completely around redefining racism and the end product is the popular concept that minorities cannot be racist due to a lack of systematic power, and adversely, whites are inherently guilty of/benefiting from racism.

Of course, the conclusions drawn by critical theory of any kind CANNOT be proven directly. One cannot directly begin to prove with evidence the conclusions, and that's the entire point. It's the ultimate process of inflating a weak idea with verbiage. In order to "prove" the conclusions crit theory draws, one must carefully walk down a predetermined "logical" exercises where they accept a series of platitudes that gradually lead to the overall acceptance of the conclusion.
In essence it's an exercise in putting the cart before the horse, but the professors are conmen who put the cart on a slope, smack the horse on the ass, and call the results proof that carts can pull horses.

Critical theory isn't necessarily wrong in an abstract sense, but for it to be right you'd need a true scientific understanding of the things you try to change instead of some ideological bullshit. Even then it would only work as a catalyst for societal adaptation to actual technological and environmental change, not as a tool to creating whatever retarded utopian society you would ever want. And even without it, the society will adapt to the changing realities anyway, only slower.
So when critical theory is used to take society somewhere that is not optimal for the present reality, it will only increase friction in society, thus needing increasing authority and control and ultimately stripping the people of the freedom to do things the way that makes actually sense as opposed to what the critical theorists want them to do.

Anything can be "wrong" if taken to the extreme. Critical theory is essential to contemporary thought. However, it is best used as a tool for deconstruction. If it is not balanced by some grounded, positive ideas, critical theory often becomes a cynical worldview. Since the kernel of critical theory is malleability of meaning, the critical theory cynic is drawn into a woeful rehashing of human insignificance and imperfection. We can also see the negative impact this thought has on the young and on average people. Criticism as a philosophic exploration should be reserved for people strong enough to wield it.
