For me it was just election night. WOW, the shit really hit the fan that night.
It felt too last minute to really enjoy, I was ready to go to bed when it was actually certain he would win and the anchors were tired and low energy too. The results really got rushed so that people could go to sleep. The real joy was the shitstorm aftermath leading up to the inauguration.
The only thing that could topple that, is if Bernie is found guilty for fraud and sent to prison or when their "ideal economic model" inevitably fails in the Nordic countries thus ruining any arguments they could produce.

For me it was the whole year and a half leading up to election day. Like a while year and a half of political edging. I knew enough about Clinton that she would literally slit the throat of any challenger herself in order to get the nomination. Its what's she's wanted since her youth. It was GOING to happen. So watching the Sanders thing from start to finish was my own schaeudenfruede because I thought Hillary was getting elected afterwards. The time from Cruz suspending his campaign to election day was painful. I voted for Evan McMullen, honestly trump wasn't right wing enough for me. But if there was one thing I got on election day it was watching liberals getting absolutely blown the fuck out. I still listen to the tyt election day meltdown before going I sleep because it puts me in this really content mood that allows me to sleep easier.
But yea, it's depressing though because I don't know if that will ever happen again.
