OurMine then took over homepage and claimed responsibility.
Wikileaks themselves have closed it down while they fix the issues.
Wikileaks is still in control of the page guys, give it time.

hacking group called "OurMine" stole the WikiLeaks.org domain name (not the webiste) *for certain regions* and pointed it towards their own "WikiLeaks BTFO" page
hosting provider for OurMine wised up and suspended the BTFO page
the page some of you are seeing is the "account suspended" page for the BTFO page, not WikiLeaks itself
WikiLeaks, I imagine, will have full control of WikiLeaks.org again soon
