I aced English every single year without trying, I even knew more than the teachers in some areas which frustrated them to no end. I could also do a good British accent. I don't remember what they taught honestly, never paid attention.
Most teachers are total crap, they can't handle the students. The last English teacher I had hated me for being great at it without any effort, she thought it was unfair to the other students. Instead of incentivizing me to help my peers who were struggling she just put me apart from the rest. Sounds like intellectual communism now that I think about it.

That IQ data is from Lynn is plain wrong, they took different studies on different age groups from different years and then averaged them. For example Portugal's adult IQ was measured 101 but the child IQ (don't remember the age bracket exactly- 11-15?) was 88. So it went like this:
Portugal average IQ = (101+88)/2 = 94.5 Since we score well on PISA they rounded it to 95.
You can look it up yourself, search 'lynn vanhanen 2012'. Then a PDF named "Intelligence: A Unifying Construct for the Social Sciences" should come up, scroll down for the source on national IQs.

PISA is carried out every 3 years,so yes the next cycle will be in 2018 but the databases (and one or two OECD reports) are released in December of the next year (that is, until December 2019)

I'd like to see the results for Nordic/West EU countries adjusted for ethnicity. Supposedly the gap between Swedish youth and non white swedes is only 40. Swedish average is 500. If 25% of swedens youth are nonwhite/immigrant or immigrant descended

.75(y+40) + .25y = 500 Y = 470 X = 510

Now personally, I think this is understating the results as it doesn't account for legal kids of immigrants etc.
In the US, the average PISA for whites is 531, and for nonwhites it's 470 or lower. That's a gap of60 points, and means that if the US was purely white we'd be near Finland, and without any cheating or being an artificial nation like Singapore. I would like to see the gap between native white swedes/Germans and nonwhite immigrants. I guarantee you it's 60 points or more.
