And the parliament picks the ministers with a 51% majority, which usually required 3 to 5 parties.
If the ministers lose the majority in parliament, then the government falls.
So we don't pick our prime minister at all. Although its customary the winner of the elections gets the first attempt to get a majority in the parliament.
