Seriously this is the best advice you're going to get OP.

This, i hope this is your first post.

Don´t tell them about your tranny porn addiction. On second thought, it´s probably too late already.

As an agent? Better join the military and get that Vet's preference. Nobody getting in without that vet preference. Also helps to know somebody at the agency you want. Good luck.

I heard that /mlp/ is the recruiting ground for DHS.

Post there.

I'm also interested, any tips?

WHY THE FUCK DO I ALWAYS HAVE THE FUCKING URUGUAY FLAG I DO NOT LIVE IN URUGUAY

I'm a black guy, I don't think I have to worry about them associating me with the nazis or right wing extremists on this board

This is the advice I'm looking for. I can't join the military though; could I make up for it with education and experience in law enforcement instead?

>i'm a black guy
then what are you doing here in the first place you fucking nigger?

I did for a decade.

1- keep debt low
2 - enter under another agency: ie post office, some govt bullshit job nobody's applying to
3 - apply at USAjobs.gov (that's where they post.
4 - Know what a is/arenowledge, Skills, Abilities) are, know how to write those well.

last point was supposed to be *KSA's*
KSA is a format they mostly use.

If you're going to join w/out vet's pref (as an agent), then you're going to have to know somebody who works at that agency. If you're not socially plugged in, then your best bet is an internship with the agency you want while in college. You make the right networking there, you will make it. Education and local LE alone is not enough.

Knowledge is like education, book learned
Skills is a tactical skill you have acquired in conjunction with education, that you have been trained or self-taught to do to perform a certain task.
Abilities are more vague, organizational, performance attributes

true kinda, agents always come from former police force or military, it is possible to come in as a civilian, but watch the age cutoff, it can creep up on you while you're working your way in.

if you're straight civilian, then the officer to agent route will be better line of career move.

there aren't really "recruiting grounds", because there's a waiting list to get in. They have no need to recruit. It's only the cyber ops and high skills that do outreach.

Transportation security administration, its mostly all fat Nigger bitches anyway

I want to be a computer forensics agent specifically. I read a brochure from homeland security saying computer science is a desired educational background.

go easy on the natsoc and kike hate
wiser still, leave it out altogether
