Percentage of non-whites very depends on region, for example in South regions there are a lot of churkas, in Siberia there are massive amount of tatars, bashkirs etc, but northern russia like Saint Petersburg is pretty white, I can prove it because I live there myself. Considered your countries, when I have been in Stockholm and Oslu I saw there tons of niggers that I never seen that concentration of non-whites in russia.
