Can someone explain what this '6 month' delay Trump put in place for DACA?

Why can't this fucker just end it already like he promised he'd do day one? Doesn't he have the full power to do so?

It passes the buck to congress which everybody knows won't accomplish anything except making themselves look bad.

Bingo. The 6 month delay is a distraction to keep Trumptards from jumping ship and illegals shitting bricks. Kikes still run the show, expect DACA to remain.

Yeah, I understand the logic of it. Assuming Trump keeps his word and actually ends it in 6 months, this will have been a pretty good play. I am doubtful that a majority republican congress will do something do keep DACA going, but who knows.

Personally, I think he should've signed an EO today that stated that DACA is effectively repealed 6 months from now. That would completely shift the burden to Congress, and prevent him being able to renege.

Because it would be chaos and genuinely cruel.
They deserve to be removed, but a few days ago, and for the past several years, they were told by our government that they were safe.
Rounding about without giving then a chance to leave on their own, or for Congress to act as is their job, would be a shit move.

You might figure this out a few years after you're out of high school.

Because he needs bargaining chips with Congress. He wants Congress to fund his wall, and they refused. With DACA ending, big business Republicans and (of course) Democrats will pass a replacement for DACA and attach wall funding. Trump will "reluctantly" sign it.

It officially ENDS September 5th as per Obama's 5 year order. If Trump does nothing it is over. So he is extending it. Sheeesh. People are so misinformed.

mexico is a nice place, they will enjoy it.

literally not an excuse. he could end it today and give them a couple month grace period to leave
instead he does nothing and his retarded fans still follow him

Because a 10 state coalition threatened to file a lawsuit against him this month if he didn't end it. Kelly was openly against ending it but they realize if they fought the lawsuit in court and lost then it would set a precedent against DACA for future presidents.

he seems to be just bullshiting his supporters.

Curious why you're so confident that a Republican Congress will actually pass something within 6 months that upholds DACA. Why is it in their interest to do so?

It ENDS anyways on September 5th as per the Obama law. He is extending it. It was illegal the way Obama did it-no congressional ruling or vote. He did it for the Mexican/CIA drug cartel who needed their little army of mules and hookers not to be deported. They show you the good ones-the evil underbelly is...evil.

So any Republicans who want to reinstate it will have to vote to do so during the midterm elections.

They support DACA because their lobbyists support illegal cheap labor in the workforce. Same reason why they won't fund the wall.

Exposes the traitors. This will make DACA a midterms issue, which will force cuckservatives to piss off their base or shut up

can you explain in more detail plz?

Why do you keep repeating your fake news post? It doesn't end on September 5, that's the date those AGs decided they would sue. If it ended September 5 then why the hell would they sue for?

Fuck the day of the rope, the day of rack has to come first.

And another thing, why do we have so many different DACA threads?

Kelly pushing for congress to pass legislation to make DACA permanent:

to understand the 6 month delay you first have to understand DACA itself. the most important thing to understand is that DACA is not a "law" it is a policy ennacted by INS under Obama. DACA is itself unconstitutional because the executive branch does not have authority to make immigration policy. Congress should have dealt with this problem a long time ago, but nobody wanted to touch it so Obama put a band-aid on it. Trump said hes gonna tear off the band-aid, but one of his advisors (i forget who) convinced him to delay enforcement by 6 months to give congress the chance to do what they should have done a long time ago and come up with immigration reform

...

this is literally what he is doing. DACA is dead, period. he is only delaying enforcement by 6 months

it's to force congress to choose a side in this issue during election season, which is when voters tend to pay more attention to who they're voting for.
they'll be forced to either virtue signal (and commit career suicide) or support Trump in ending DACA in order to get re-elected.

This is gold, holy shit!

playing politics. neocon cuckservative rinos will either have to declare they support foreigners breaking federal law and flooding into the country because their corporate kike masters like how they can import cheap foreigner labor to suppress American citizen workers, or they'll have to stop being the little bitches that they've been since the 1980s and FINALLY deal with immigration.

in reality, they'll just continue being little bitches kicking the can down the road until they're too old to suffer the fallout of their mis-management and mis-governance of the nation.

they'll just piss off their base.

Inb4 65d chess

Chucks the GOP a hot potato right before midterms. Its a nice little fuck you to the RINOs

Because he's a mild reformer at best.

Frankly I'd have postponed it 9 months and had it come into force on the 5th of May, 2018. That would have yielded the best possible outcome in terms of extreme butthurt.

This is the kind of politics that I like

64D chess underwater hungry hippy tier stuff...

The 6 month timeline means Congress has 6 months to act if they want to keep it... however there would need to be massive Republican support to avoid Trumps veto powers, and the vote would happen just before the 2018 elections, meaning any Republican who would vote for keeping DACA in place would likely be voted out of office.

Basically, the beaner leeches are going home

Trump's entire campaign is just propaganda to normalize the Jewish Question. He doesn't actually expect to change anything himself...

Trump himself is a gentile plutocrat like Henry Ford. His father probably read every edition of the International Jew, so Trump the Bergoisie was probably Red-Pilled all of his life, and his political game was just an act.

America is a plutocracy and the majority of Plutocrats are jews. Trump is just trying to shed light on the situation.

Its really good politics. Congress as a whole has been totally counter productive for this entire administration. They piss and moan and drag their feet over every little thing Trump says or does. Especially on immigration they have been whining about how evil his immigration vision is without offering any comprehensive reform of their own. There are enough cuckservatives that are talking like they would ally with dems to override anything Trump does with immigration. Trump is basically calling their bluff. They have six months to put their money where their mouth is and come up with a better immigration plan. If they can't do it (they probably can't), Trump wins the debate by default and gets a strong mandate to flesh out immigration policy they way he wants. The thing is, even if congress does get some reform through it will probably be along the lines of Trumpian nationalism anyways because no congressman is going to want to go against the key populist issue. If they pass open borders trash Trump will go on a rampage to sink the campaign of anyone who supported it

This cat is going die, friends cat died from drinking

can we just admit Kelly is a piece of shit? fuck Trump for picking him

It's a power play - six months from now we'll be gearing up for midterms and Republicans will have to make a choice:
a) Respect the demands of their white, working class constituents and vote to kick the illegal fuckers out
b) Betray their constituents by pussing out and risk losing their seats in a landslide.

Republicans will choose self preservation.

Is he the guy from the Truman show?

He thinks if he threatens them they'll pay for the wall. He's counting on wall funding being attached to DACA legislation and being supported by both his own party and democrats. It's the same process used to attempt Obamacare repeal and will be met with even less success.

Having a political novice as president isn't working out too great. Legislation just isn't getting done.

underrated

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the hurricane. Whether the one that hit Texas/Louisiana, or the one that'll be hitting Florida, it would seem overly cruel for them to lose their homes and then shove them somewhere else.

nailed it. maggie haberman admitted this earlier. kids need to stop being gullible bootlickers. congress is going to ram amnesty down our throats with a super majority (66 votes)

or he could, you know, END IT NOW. stop being so fucking gullible

>All filled with spics or niggers

Why even care?

I see it as an opportunity. IF republicans pass some sort of law continuing daca then it's pretty hard to keep calling them nazis and facists. Pol can be a shitty place sometimes but the 1 thing that about 90% of us agree on is protecting kids. I fucking hate the liberal immigration policy of 'don't you come here, wink wink' but it's what we've had for about the last 6 years. Some innocent kids get swept up in that and we're going to punish them? Doesn't feel right.

I think it's a setup for a huge nail in the dnc coffin that normies might actually see.

Quick rundown on what DACA is?

All big breasted Canadians will get their titties fucked!

If he does, personal sob stories will be attached to him, while if Congress doesn't fix the situation by the deadline, they will take the blame.

>Pol can be a shitty place sometimes but the 1 thing that about 90% of us agree on is protecting kids.

Fuck you, we do not support this shit. The fault lays with those kids parents who brought them here illegally. Send the kids back with their goddamn parents. It is not our problem. Too bad, they don't belong here.

The kids need to be deported. I don't care how old they were when they were brought here. They are not our responsibility. Blame the parents, you cuckold.

>but the 1 thing that about 90% of us agree on is protecting kids.
Fuck kids. We put way too much godamn concern in THE CHILDREN! They are just miniature asshole adults that don't share our height. Every single fucking person you hate and loath and wish AIDs upon was at one point a sweet innocent adorable child.

They grow up and into assholes. Every single one of them. It is about numbers and they are replacing us with illegals with low IQ and penchant for crime. They are under cutting low wage workers who then depend on us for benefits as well as the illegals burning it from both ends getting illegally under the table paid, avoiding taxes, and collecting welfare.

Get them the fuck out. It is our nation. If you want to come in you better bring something to the table. White nations are the ONLY nations targeted by this aggressive and invasion "multi-culture" lie to replace the population with dumb cheap labor that is easy to control. I don't give a single fucking iota of a shit of starving children in other nations. It is us against them and I choose us. Mankind as a species as broken natures law by exceeding and dominating. There was never supposed to be 7 fucking billion of us on this planet and we are growing every single day.

Tl;dr: the immigration laws on the books say that illegal immigrants, even children/students/etc. must be deported. Obama decided that no, they can stay, so a policy was put in place that certain illegal immigrants could defer deportation on a renewable basis. Now Trump is in charge of the executive branch.

>I think it's a setup for a huge nail in the dnc coffin that normies might actually see.

I don't see how flipping texas blue will help this cause at all. He's set this up to hurt his own party. Democrats just don't have to play ball and they win. Go on tv and denounce it, then do absolutely nothing.

Dems may still fuck that up, but this will hurt the gop either way.
