Do any countries except for Russia do this?
Do any countries except for Russia do this?
is that a drive-in theater?
what is happening in that image?
Wille coyote does that too
>you see Ivan, picture of city is better than real city.
Not here
Sometimes when some big official comes to visit some city (Putin is going to Perm in that case) officials of that city print decoy images to put them over buildings to make it all seem better.
Picrelated is another example.
It's like that picture of the lady laying in the mud with the box on her head, but at the city level.
the fuck is wrong with you people, this is the same mindset as the chinese building shit out of garbage.
America definitely does not do this
Third post best post
>2017
>still erecting potemkin cities
jesus..
No. Here we had down our run-down shit to niggers and just build a new one somewhere else.
Ireland often puts a picture of a beautiful building over some rundown shithole.
>Program uses decorative boards to try to blend vacant homes into Cleveland neighborhoods
Hmmm.
Sauce pls Fyodor
Thats a great idea
Haha it was a mistake to get slaves from Africa
That's a shitty decoration even a 12 year old can tell it's fake.
You shoulda kept quiet, Russia.
Everyday we realise how much of a shithole your country is.
America will always be better.
Sometimes it just hides construction work in progress
>being afraid of the manlet
wtf russia, i tought you were supposed to be tough
This nigga is trolling you. They do that when they're renovating a building to show what the finished product is supposed to look like.
>that pic
"Oyu veyu, it's rike another Hiroshima"
We have something similar in the Philippines. When Pope Francis visited 2 years ago, the government decided to erect some sort of temporary wall between the main highway where the Pope's motorcade will pass and the slums where the poorest of poor live. It was done to save the country's dignity.
Pic is a section of the temporary wall
ww2 shouldn't have happened
mhm..

America does this. They even used to paint boards to look like windows.
