I have limited personal interaction with the NHS but last night for the sixth time in the space of two years or so have heard the narrative: > Someone I know taken ill > Goes to hospital > Dies
Has anybody else seen similar things from the NHS? I can't help but think people are dying disproportionately in the UK that would be saved in better countries.
Let's cut more funding from the NHS because it's clearly not working as we can see from this staggering evidence.
Asher Powell
free treatment is not the same as good treatment
Alexander Reyes
>If so, why is it so shit?
'diversity'
here's how it goes:
>coloured nurse fucks it up >it's the patient fault >patient gets abused for noticing the fuckup >patient get called racist >patient dies/gets sicker >no one allowed to say anything >no one allowed to identify the problem
3 doctors I know have quit in the past two years.
Daniel Young
I'm aware. Survival rates in the US especially for cancer dwarf ours
Blake Martin
Fuck off you sarcastic cunt
Brayden Baker
That's pretty nuts but actually makes sense will have to see what's been reported on on it
Adrian Torres
The NHS doesn't pay for cosmetic dentistry or hygienists, just basic treatment. Brit teeth just look bad.
Hunter Watson
M8 imagine the worst you can imaguine, it's worse than that.
These coloured nurses are abusing the patients for not being able to understand them. Then abusing them if they tell anyone they've been abused. These nurses are getting away with murder in a plausibly deniable fashion.
None dare speak a word.
Josiah Richardson
I've had two older relatives die suddenly in NHS care, one who had a heart issue that they couldn't diagnose and another who caught pneumonia from the hospital they were in.
Charles Nelson
That's fucking terrifying. Especially with the numbers of NHS staff that are immigrants. I saw staff being generally rude and incompetent but I have naive respect for health professionals that I didn't make as much of it. This is so fucking dangerous.
Liam Mitchell
dying from medical care is no. 3 in mortality causes. If it's not some antibiotics or treating trauma from a car accident or something, doctors don't have a clue.
Easton Turner
Sorry to hear user. That is horrific, we are paying shittonnes into the NHS and our survival rates are horrific I have no idea how people are being so blind to this
Matthew Wilson
>Someone who's critically ill dies in hosptial
Hudson Myers
m8 if you are a blond hair and blue eyed christian these nurses can kill you and get away with it.
It sound insane but it's the truth. literally the only thing that ever stops these people is when they OD on the drugs they steal. There is no mechanism for the patient to report abuse without risking getting abused even worse. Doctors are dropping out. Doctors in England are discharging patients early to stop them from being exposed to the nurses. It's insane.
Julian Young
hospitals aren't magical palaces, people do still die, not everything is curable. could be purely coincidence and they would have died regardless. it would have to be judged on a case by case basis whether or not that individual was getting the best treatment for whatever ails them.
Ryan Ortiz
I am very aware of this was thinking of writing an >inb4 but couldn't word it. Was attempting to instigate a discussion since I have seen so many people die very quickly from conditions that aren't that severe and am wondering if there is a systemic problem
Brody Sanders
For sure but undoubtedly country to country the survival rates differ and I was wondering how badly the UK stacks up to others in the developed world
Aiden Bailey
yfw a bunch of paki nurses have thousands of brits deaths on their hands
Lucas Reed
Yeah funnily enough the one who died of pneumonia merely broke their leg. It's beyond fucked up.
Brayden Sanders
Any sources on whistleblowers or reports that are key to note? This seems very serious to the extent I'm considering moving my family to the Netherlands to avoid being treated by the NHS
Asher Sanchez
Fucking hell... That is ridiculous... I have no idea why this isn't a bigger scandal
Camden Harris
>my anecdotal experience is scientific proof of the NHS being bad
Opinion denied.
Alexander Scott
Because it happens all the time and it's white people dying. If it was Mr Mohammed receiving sub par treatment the media would be all over it.
Jacob Brooks
What illnesses are you specifically talking about though. every illness has different mortality rates and rates of developing potential complications and a myriad of other factors.
Aiden Lopez
Postcode lottery
Michael Bennett
NHS needs to be scrapped lads, dad once visited a private hospital, only shit nurse there was on training from the NHS its built upon a rotton foundation, the only way to cure it is to knock the whole structure down
Camden Hall
There's absolutely no point going to the doctor in this country unless you are immediately dying because they cannot diagnose anything.
Nolan Barnes
How much is Jeremy Hunt paying you, dumb tory shill?
Hudson Bell
tree fiddy, but seriously mate, live in an area full of immigrants, the NHS is shit, the long wait times, you wont know whats wrong with you, if you do get a doctor it will be some nog who cant even speak english, this is what the average brit deals with
Chase Harris
>Any sources on whistleblowers or reports that are key to note?
I don't want to give myself away but I will say this: the safest hospital in the UK is the one in Ulster solely for the fact that nurses there are scared to abuse the patients. Everywhere else the patients are scared of the nurses to a much larger extent..
Jayden Hughes
Don't bother going to the NHS for mental health. They can't diagnose you, they just give you some pills that will make you feel worse. Then you come back to say these pills don't work then they give you some others that don't work, then another, then another, then another.
Now your brains fucked.
Levi Phillips
Unless you’re in the middle of nowhere NHS hospitals are pretty fucking deadly. I wouldn’t trust them to lance a boil without killing someone in the vicinity
Or as this hilarious report put it
>The NHS has been declared the best healthcare system by an international panel of experts who rated its care superior to countries which spend far more on health
>The only serious black mark against the NHS was its poor record on keeping people alive
We really need insurance co-ops before the NHS wipes us all out with a mutant super virus
Carter Carter
>all sick and injured die >noone to cure >BEST HEALTHCARE IN THE WORLD
Oliver Cruz
Fuck you, never claimed the anecdotal evidence was valid just wondering other's experiences and thoughts on it are. That was in 2013 also and there has been a prominent feature made of its problems in the media. It's not dismissing the idea of an NHS but the current incarnation under Jeremy Hunt has been problematic and I am wondering if the sharp increase of quick deaths compared to lives saved that I've seen is related
Jayden Barnes
The healthcare is unironicslly better in capitalist thailand than most of europe
How does that make socialists feel? You should tell them more
Joshua Myers
this.
they just print out leaflets or bits of paper, i went once and my regular GP wasn't there, so I saw this Indian, he just searched google and printed out some information and that was it, may as well have dressed my dog up in a nurse outfit, erect a tent in the garden with a laptop and setup my own GP office.
I have had anxiety for a while, eventually got the courage to go to the doctors, explain I have anxiety, all they do is print out a leaflet to this anxiety support group and tell me to phone them and speak to them.
>mfw took me all the time to go to the doctors then they want to fob me off onto someone else, and telling me to phone and setup the appointment when i was suffering from anxiety that would hinder me doing just that.
I am young, white and male. they don't give a fuck.
Christian Ward
i went in for surgery on my leg, they cut my femoral artery, causing heart failure ,I still have the pain 2 years later. never again. privatise the shit out of it.
Brayden Russell
It’s a valuable insight into their totally crazed mindset
David Bell
did you at least sue or do something, that is bullshit dude, this shit shouldnt be happening in our country, make the cunts pay for it
Easton Taylor
It's the same with everything.
Both my parents have asthma and when I started exhibiting respiratory problems they refused to diagnose it as asthma for about two years. They just kept giving antibiotics, saying it was a chest infection, or claiming there isn't a problem.
With anything you'll have to keep going back again and again until you finally get a doctor who diagnoses it.
Jackson Garcia
All the wealthy people around the world fly to America for treatment after all.
We still have stupid arrogant rich people who died due to stupid choices like Steve Jobs though so even rich people get tricked by Hippie Cures like All Fruit Diets
Cooper Smith
I work in a hospital and can confirm this. It's generally the over abundance of shitty African agency workers. Whenever they ask for things / do things it's generally to a sub par level. But it's muh NHS, these nurse be savingz lifez an shitz. Open borders.
Nicholas Young
I almost died in A&E because a pajeet doctor gave me too high a dose of morphine. The morphine caused me to stop breathing entirely, and he had fucked off because it was the end of his shift.
Jaxon Robinson
That's why people starting from age 60 get recommended to take pneumonia vaccine.
Carson Gonzalez
pretty much this, last time i went i got some nog who barely spoke english, but even his accent was so bad it sounded like babble, still dont know wtf was wrong, do not even bother with it all, you can find what is wrong with yourself online, since thats all they do too
Robert Foster
Maybe I should move there and finally get that nice pair of boobies I've wanted whilst I'm at it too
Lincoln Scott
Considering I could've easily died from complete lack of NHS care when I was in hospital last time, I'm not surprised in the least. I was losing a lot of blood but because of the location and method (I had gastroenteritis), nobody took me seriously on any level at all once I'd stepped out of the ambulance and into the hospital itself. I LITERALLY passed out in one of the halls and had OTHER PATIENTS alert NHS staff, who proceeded to do nothing because as I came to, they asked if I was okay and I murmured 'yeah, sure' because I was out of it.
After that, I was told to go from one end of the hospital to the other, without any escort or help to even find the right fucking room, only to be told that no, I would have to go back to where I fucking came from because the first lot didn't have a clue and the room I needed was actually right next to them. On the way back, I passed out again and my fucking mother came and found me without me having told her where I was other than in hospital. She literally searched the whole place and was the first fucker to give a damn outside of the couple that asked nurses to help.
Even better? I asked for water, and got told that someone would get some for me. Three hours later I woke up to be told that I had to get out of the hospital because they were afraid that I was contagious. My mother came back (she'd gone back to work after I was given a room) and even by that point, I still hadn't been given any water. She was the one who had to literally scream in someone's face to get me some fucking water because she realised that without it, I'd end up dying from shock.
Xavier Diaz
no, at the time I said I would rather see the NHS Survive than £10g in my pocket, but the nurse only told me about the heart failure in my op TWO years later, I'm still shocked.
Colton Rivera
Wow... I live in a midlands city at the moment. GPs are horrific and have only been to A&E once which was a nightmare. I hear friends in the Netherlands and the US talk about their experiences and can't help but think this is really fucked. Am aware anecdotal experiences make a weak judgement but fucking hell too many horror stories to ignore
Grayson Harris
if youre still getting pain from it, it isnt exactly over, have a look around and see what you can do about it, the NHS is fucked anyway, dont feel bad for killing something that is already dead
Michael Torres
anyone noticed the difference in mens wards compared to womens, I was in a six man ward with no windows or ventilation, packed out every night, the womens was light, airy and almost empty. every time.
Jordan Miller
Gotta take care of those womyn, they breed the chillinz. A country is only as good as it treats its womyn :^) forget the men, those cunts and go rot.
Cooper Lopez
Anything is better here. My aunt flew here to get heart surgery done. Its nit free but you wont die on the operating table.
Ive even gone to the government hospitals here and they are better than european healthcare, thogh i hear occaisionally foreigners get fleeced.
The facilitiea are clean, efficient, and affordable by local standards
Only downside is they dont have the budget to treat things like cancer for cheap. Anything else though, peasants are well covered
I routinely see homeless people with casts over their legs or huge surgery scars
The people here are well taken care of by a forst world standard
William Garcia
That's the NHS. If you're a WW1 veteran, they call you a racist then sodomize you to death.
And yet if you want to have an abortion before getting a cock implant to convert into a bloke, they break out the complimentary champers and you get a rimjob from the registrar. That's what this country's turning into, yeah?
Nathaniel Baker
How much do Americans pay for health insurance?
The absolutely bare minimum you can pay for the NHS is £82/month. The average person earning 25k will pay about £250/month.
Jack Moore
> Someone I know taken ill > Goes to hospital > Dies WTF I hate the NHS now.
Grayson Ramirez
>being to cheap to pay for his healthcare. And having the audacity to complain about a free service.
You get what you paid for fag.
Levi Thomas
It is
It’s a dirty not-so-secret that they’re recruiting 3rd worlders with basically joke qualifications en masse
Have been doing for years
Nuke the fucker already. Shame the tories never had the guts. Don’t sit by and let people ‘defend’ the NHS as if they’re somehow righteous in doing so. Tear them a new one
Joseph Harris
Niggers and mexicans pay nothing
Whites need to pay anywhere between 250$ to 800 a month for basically no coverage for amounts under 10k
Connor Parker
Hate seeing the NHS getting slammed so hard even if what everyone is saying is true, my experience of being in hospital last year is that there are some truly beautiful soul's that work in the NHS and I hope the fact the NHS get's slammed so much so often doesn't demoralise them in any way.
They should be cherished and for those people I would do anything.
Jordan Peterson
The NHS is mainly for women, by women. For women with more wards / medical focus and by women as they are the primary employee in all roles, medical or not.
William Gray
Sorry to hear about your bad experience bro
John Cook
Your ip is logged. When it all falls apart every single person praising government healthcare is going to get shot in the head
Parker Sullivan
right up until you go in for simple treatment and they kill you
Ryder Brown
Thanks man, I appreciate it. Looking back on it, I'm appalled at the complete lack of care or consideration; and that's over in Broomfield, Essex. Can't imagine what it must be like somewhere more blacked or pakified.
Chase Thomas
If it's so shit why does it keep getting rated so highly in studies
Asher Hall
cause cunts want to keep an old dinosaur alive, when it needs to be taken out back by now, it isnt made for what our country is now
Bentley Jackson
I'm not praising the service only the individual people
Possibly, for me it was the opposite of what you said. That scenario seem's to be the prevalent one.
Gabriel Allen
That's bollocks. The NHS delivers really good service when you finally get seen.
Too good if anything, we cant afford the healthcare bill of our own plus half the third world.
Oliver Green
((studies))
why do unemployment figures seem to be dropping? because they fudge numbers and include zero hour contracts and change things around to portray something in the way they want you and the rest of the world to see it.
Dominic Baker
>be british >be obese >eat only potato, candy, weetabix and beans >even a bottle of mineral water contains 500grams of sugar >receive 5 hours of sunlight a year >half of UK population gets cancer in lifetime >use mobility scooters to get to the grocery store on the corner
And instead of turning against the jew who poisons you you turn against immigrant doctors and nurses
Just remember Bongs, everything that's going to happen in the next 20 years, you deserve it
Parker Garcia
This is such a fucking stupid way of looking at it. Can't talk about problems in case some of the staff are nice and it demotivates them. I think mismanagement demotivates them a fucktonne more than people sharing their terrible experiences
Justin Moore
Because the studies are total bunk that is bought and paid for. There are too many people making too much money of that racket to just sit and let it get demolished by honest studies and reviews.
If you've ever enjoyed private healthcare the difference is clearly down to more than just funding. There is rank and almost wilful incompetence at work in the NHS. Instead of being a reasonable option for the average tax paying citizen (most people at it's conception) it is now the bottom of the barrel last ditch service for the millions of parasitical leeches that have since flooded into this country. They don't pay national insurance. They don't give a shit because it's better than what they're used to. Meanwhile the rest of us actual British people are basically getting 3rd world healthcare while paying out the arse for it even though it's 'free'.
I'd advise people to look into private coverage and healthcare. It's not actually that expensive if you're in good shape and the quality of treatment is so much better you can't even believe it until you've used it. Imagine booking an appointment and getting seen in the same week and actually getting your issues diagnosed and swiftly treated by a genuine English speaking English doctor... Is it the stuff of fantasy? Not if you go private.
Carter Ramirez
Atleast its free right? Would love to get severely sick or injured and not loose my home for it.
Aiden Sanders
>muh long wait times.
Your wait time is long because your illness / injury is not serious. It's called "Triage" motherfuckers.
Someone at my work broke their ankle on Sunday, they had an operation to stabilise the break THAT DAY. And a follow up operation on Monday to reset the bone.
Ethan Collins
You're saying that and I agree. However it took 3 years of convincing and even with a family history of anxiety and depression that I needed more than behavioural talks every 3 weeks. They said they won't give it out to me until I'm 18 (I was 14) even though there isn't an age restriction in the meds I needed.
I later learned from my sister in law who is a doctor that north Ayrshire and Arran have one of the most disgusting rates of terrible care when it comes to mental health.
I got my pills eventually, and my life has turned for the better. But speaking as a female, who explained to a male doctor everything that had happened to me, including the GP who is also my family's doctor, he still didn't believe me and sent me away without meds but he gave me a fucking book about artists and mood swings kek
I'm 23 now, happy as fuck, got a bf of 6 years so in the long run all the endless nagging and going back to my gp made it worth it. Funnily enough the only gp who took me serious was my family doc and a new recruit who was a black male from London
Juan Evans
>even a bottle of mineral water contains 500grams of sugar >use mobility scooters to get to the grocery store on the corner
Is this a re-purposed American meme?
Logan Garcia
ha when I was in Addenbrookes, Cambridge the fellow next to me on the ward had some very harsh thing's to say about Broomfield too. Can't recommend Addenbrookes enough if in future you need treatment, it is internationally renowned after all.
Cameron Cooper
Glad things are well for you. The mental health in this country is shit in two ways. Firstly treating it and secondly it's increasing year by year. This may sound hyperbolic, but this country is going crazy. There is a mental sickness in this nation and it's flooding the NHS. Also couple that with substances abuses too.
Nicholas Butler
>Can't talk about problems in case some of the staff are nice and it demotivates them.
I didn't say that only that I hope it doesn't
Ryan Roberts
In ameeica and thailand you will get your bone set within 2 hours of arrival >britbongs in charge of broken-boney set and sewn-ey
Benjamin Thompson
And get your $50,000 bill after.
Logan Bell
bad = crooked in this context, you can't count who has more fillings at a distant glance don't be like those people who claim women are better drivers cause they speed less often
Logan Miller
High level NHS practicing clinician. Can confirm.
Dylan Collins
Don't take any of their jew pills or bug them without a good reason. They are all satanists on the sly, and will feed you poison.
Brody Powell
The NHS love just leaving people to die. My grandfather burst his aneurysm, and was literally just left alone to die in pain. This also misdiagnosed my other grandfather (who had cancer) around 7 times telling him he was fine even though he felt awful. Fuck the NHS.
Julian Foster
Nah you're quite right. It's going down the pisser something awful. There's this bleeding heart for nurses on BBC news yet they can easily announce pay cuts or what weekly screw up caused an otherwise healthy patient to die.
BBC can't choose a side and seem to flip flop depending on the shite that happens within the month
Hudson Brown
Fuck, "they also misdiagnosed". not this,
Bentley Brown
I got diagnosed on the NHS. I agree though, the system is shit.
Jace Gonzalez
Its true, its very shit. My dad had to go there at night last year because he had pneumonia and he had to sit uncomfortably (literally almost falling out of consciousness at times) while they made him wait till the morning because no doctors there at the time were qualified to examine him.
Imagine if it had been a worse state or whatever and you get told to sit there and try not to die because our only qualified doctors are at home jacking off or sleeping.
Pathetic.
Tyler Gonzalez
Anecdotal evidence. Been living here for 3 years and I can tell you fren this society is sick to the bones, you can't walk a hundred yards on the footpath without having to walk onto the road to avoid fat cunts with mobility scooters / disabled people. You look at a McDonalds or any other crappy fast food chain they're all full of obese children and their parents. Same goes for pubbing. The reason the NHS is under a lot of pressure is because people have fucking bad lifestyles and retarded chavs go to the doctors and take antibiotics for common colds. And yet you have the courage to go and shit on the foreign nurses and doctors. Who took a dump inside your heads?
Jason Rivera
I trust the NHS about as much as I trust our government. I've spent more time in NHS hospitals for various reasons than I care to describe and I know from personal experience that they are awful. These days I tend to take my chances and I'd only choose to go to an NHS hospital again if I was actually dying and had no other choice.
Hunter Barnes
>Who took a dump inside your heads?
Oxford University
Jacob Davis
Mum works for NHS, and I've posted this before. But the NHS is an absolute mess, and people, I assure you, are dying needlessly. It's a big problem, which they cover up the best they can.
Jack Robinson
>retarded chavs go to the doctors and take antibiotics for common colds
This would never happen, if a doctor gave antibiotics for a viral infection he has no business being a doctor. Strict laws are also in place to stop this sort of abuse because of bacterial resistance.
