Theres a pretty common debating technique where someone just bombards you with different points in rapid succession and demands that you, on the spot, integrate all the new information into your narrative/worldview. Of course you could just as easily do the same shit to them, which is why its a stupid way to debate, by demanding that you reply to everything at once you get nowhere on specific points. When a righty debates a lefty, whats happening is that both people are trying to challenge eachothers frames of reference and come up with information that cant be reconciled with the overall framing.
Another common trick is insisting when you make a point that the ACTUAL reason youre making the point is some kind of psychological defect. This also cuts both ways, which is again why its stupid, if everyone who argues against the consensus is just a loser/contrarian then everyone who argues for the consensus is just a sheep/joiner. The reason YOU like hierarchy is because you think youd be at the top of it, no no no, the reason YOU like egalitarianism is because youre scared that you wouldnt succeed in a hierarchy, etc. etc. Its not that such statements are necessarily false, its just another thing thats tiresome and not productive. If you call out a person psychological motive for holding a position, they'll never just go "oh wow, youre exactly right, I'm a retard!", instead out come the porcupine spikes and the discussion deteriorates.
There's no way to make lefties you argue with respect the rules of a productive dialogue, and the situation only gets worse as you add more opponents. Though fighting one vs. all can be extremely fun, who doesn't want to BTFO a whole group of people, usually what happens is emotions flare and the discussion collapses into an orgy of mutual misunderstandings.

So what can a young autist do? First of all, never try to redpill more than one person at once. I find it much easier to do in writing, but that probably varies person to person. Always attack on subjects you know the best, if thats race realism then go with race realism, if its economics go with economics. What I'll just call the consensus liberal worldview is hangs on a number of different hooks (climate, race, sex, gender, economics, history, faith, class...) and in no debate can you really expect to unhook everything. What you want is to convince them that ONE of these key points is clearly and unambiguously wrong. If you do, it suddenly plants the seed of doubt about the rest of the worldview.
Any worldview requires that you trust certain sources and dismiss others. Common for liberals is the implicit trust of so-called experts and implicit dismissal of so-called cranks. On climate change, for example, most people can't debate the actual details very well at all, but they know what theyre supposed to think based on trust of experts. But if you convince a person that these expert sources are wrong about SOMETHING, for example, if you convince them that the "consensus" that "race is a social construct" is bullshit, then you've got an entry point to attack something else.
