Category 6 doesn't exist, but it's higher than a cat 5 so it must be HUUUUUGE.
The scale measures damage caused by the wind speed rather than raw wind speed. At cat 5 you're already at the peak of what damage can be caused. Maybe cat 6 could exist when you hit jovian force winds and the ground itself starts ripping up.
