They usually launch missiles the morning after a holiday. Yesterday (sep 9th) was a holiday commemorating the founding of the DPRK. If they're gonna launch something it's probably gonna be in the next couple hours.
Prediction: North Korea fires nuke during war time at some point in the near future.
Aliens intervene and forcibly takeover planet because of treaty violation, that explicitly forbids use of nuclear weapons in war ever again (after WW2).
NK is the only nuclear power not aware of that treaty and no one ever assumed that something insane like Kim Jong-Un would happen for real.
