This of course means that record companies have to try even harder to get people to buy their shit or at least listen to it on youtube, which means the quality bar is lowered again to get more listens for the least amount of money invested in the "music".
Not all is lost, many people choose to listen to independent artists and don't care much for mainstream popular music except teenagers.
