Yooper transplant in the 313 checking in.
Think it's time to get drunk.

Christmas, MI is where it's at lads.

Psh. That;s for Troll Tourists.

The B-25 wreckage in the Porcupine Mountains and the St. Urho's Day parades are for the TRUE Yoopers.

FUCK YOU FLYOVER STATES

Iowa 563 checking in

What's it like to have a NFL team that isn't shit?
t. Cleveland

Any Michigan HAMs here? Tech? General? Wanna meet on a repeater?

Fuck you Northern California

Hey buddy how are the Seattle Seagulls?

t. WI

>welcome to Washington
>half of what we have is overpriced, watered-down coffee
>the other half is overpriced, watered-down socialism

What can I say, I love Da Yooper's Tourist Trap.

I wouldn't know, we have the Lions.

937 checking in.

Chiefs rule!!!!

Are we allowed in here too?

937, quiet day in Clark County

That's Seattle, nigger

Eh, sure.

dumbest people I ever met are Winnipeggers

midwest cities are starting to lib up but you leafs have taken it to an art form

Nobody cares what's outside Seattle. All the rest is basically a flyover state.

>Lions
>shit

looks like someone isn't keeping up with the times

906 here

Hey me too. Just relaxing here in New Carlisle. No newspaper guys shot today so that's nice.

Where my 312's at?

hey hey hey

Munising bro?

Also 989 here.

...

Let me know what you find out.

t. Bengals fan

I'm monitoring my PD's radio and the city is quiet as heck tonight.

Reminder that Michigan is infinitely more superior than the poor and ignorant Ohio

Minnesota 507 checking in

You're not Midwest, Pennsylvania. You're Northeast. You actually touch the Atlantic.

You'd have a better chance knowing. 1996 to 1998 were our best years.

And yet, being in the middle, both ch.
t. 614

pls no bully

come one, let us divide this state in half

We even have Superior Lakes. I poop in Lake Erie.

No shit, i'm by NC, right around Donnelsville.

>937, quiet day in Clark County
614, right next door in Columbus

fuck you 708/630 over 312 every day

C'mon. The Buckeyes is the closest thing to an NFL team Ohio has. They're good enough that not even a serial killer working at the university hospital killed the season.

>And yet, being in the middle, both ch.
>t. 614
614 right next door

True

How does it feel to have the shittiest weather in the entire nation?

We don't have hurricanes, user.

Heck yeah. I used to go to the mall there all the time.

>How does it feel to have the shittiest weather in the entire nation?
We're not the ones who got blown out and then flooded out.

It's a comfy 62 according to the crickets (thermometer says 60, but I trust the crickets more). No breeze, have the windows open.

I'd say it's pretty comfy.

Not bad

Seattle is below Kansas City in list of important US cities.

I mostly go to NC for the occasional ice cream or 571 grill/formerly Tom's. Good pizza.

I can leave my car's windows down overnight and not have to worry about it getting soaked or stolen.

Who are you trying to reach here?
>Vikings

If you see this British user,
We never see people IRL with British accents so maybe that's why people act weird around you. Best of wishes to your USA trip!

check'd and no, I actually don't keep up with football.

Not so sure about soaked, user...

319 here. why the fuck was our summer so damn mild? i was looking forward to that 100 degree week or two we always get but it only hit 90 something for a couple days. it's already getting cold again at night. in a few months it's going to be in the negatives again. conquering the sioux was a mistake.

Winter filters out the weak, and the choosen are allowed to enjoy the fruits of summer

Tom's is pretty good, really salty though. Awesome to see another local user on here.

>snow
>shittiest weather
We deal with this "shit" for 6 months at a time, and nobody who lives up here bats an eye.
A hurricane rips through Florida and everyone loses their fucking mind.

the midwest is a great place to build the ethnostate

We don't want to be apart of the Northeast anymore, We are now Midwestern.

Divide and Conquer kike

Hoosier checking in

I was thinking about this a while back. The past few summers have been kinda mild.

708 on border of Austin here

I went to st olaf where are you

I just want to feel something other than disappointment.

The pro is a warm-water port, but the con is dealing with fucking Yinzers. It's actually a very tough decision.

It doesn't even snow that much, least not in Fair-weather Kansas City. I don't think we got more than 3 inches last year in fact. The summers aren't terrible either, it's mostly late July to August that it becomes porch nigger weather.

I would honest to god rather deal with another ice storm like that "polar vortex" from a few years ago than deal with the shit that comes from hurricanes.
>Power "might" go out
>Engage generator and begin maximum comfy

I don't know

T. Colts fan

Floridians can go on about their Publix all they want but they know in their hearts that they will never taste a slice of Casey's pizza.

mayo

It's just a meme man, come on. Michiganders just naturally hate Ohioans, it's part of the territory and history.

Real shit

Just banter but I like to remind Ohio that they fought for and won Toledo (shit pile) while we got the whole UP (glorious mountains and more copper than we can dig up).

Suck it buckeye nerds.

Like you're in the hospital and ill or just in rochester? either way I'm sorry.

319, fuck nigs

The UP seems to catch most of the flak with snow, more specifically close to Lake Superior.
Not that it matters. I much prefer the cold since I can dress however the hell I want for it. Fuck 75 degrees or higher.

Any love for Menards?

My wife's family is from Toledo... it really is a shitpile.

Anyone else unfortunate enough to live in the 810?

Don't play into the Iowa stereotype and always find a way to complain, fellow 319 bro. Summer was perfect, now let's hope winter doesn't unusually suck like it's been forecast.

You can save big money...save big money...SAVE BIG MONEY AT MENAAAAARD'S

Nightmares of running errands there eternally.

Bro they just finished that 11% rebate sale and I just bought my first house so yeah I spent like $5k at Menards in the last month.

Anyone shop at Fareway? It's the best. I've never seen a sad or angry person shopping there. Plus they teach teenagers to actually work not just slack off like losers.

It's only a stereotype because its true. The weather almost ALWAYS sucks. Winters are insanely cold and summers are so humid it feels like your walking through butter...

I live near it, but not in it. 989.

Quads for Menards :^)

Who /missourah/ here
I got lost in one looking for a simple toolbox and felt embarrassed when I had to ask someone for help.

Come to Missouri, user. We have Hicks, but beyond that it's literally the coziest state. Tornadoes are relatively rare considering how close we are to tornado ally, and the hilly terrain of the Ozarks helps keep systems from getting too strong. North of the river gets chilly in the winter, but not snownigger tier, rarely ever accumulates to anything that won't melt in a day or two. Longest I've seen snow on the ground here was maybe a week a few years ago. Summers get humid and pretty hot, but only for a month or so. I think I woke up to the mid 60's as late as mid-june, and we're headed back there now, with the lies being in the 50's. It's also pretty white, asides St. Louis. Kansas City has niggers, but only in the city, the suburbs are some of the whitest in the country.

quads. nice.

No a guy at the Menards near me had a pallet of shingles crush his skull while he was out shopping with his new wife. Also the lumber selection is utter dogshit.

>closed on sunday
>worse selection and prices as walmart

no thanks

yeah but what other food is really that great in Clark County, our options in springfield are mostly chain stores on Bechtle (O'Charlies, Olive Garden) or driving all the way to the Fairfield Commons strip in Beavercreek...

And yeah, it's always cool seeing how close people are.

This is the real "Midwest". Other irrelevant states are trying to bandwagon off our glory.

That sale sucks! It's a rebate back in the form of a Menard's gift card.

But not this summer. It was perfect. Not way too hot and humid; we got plenty of rain early and the crops did well.

>Don't play into the Iowa stereotype and always find a way to complain
lol, is that really a stereotype? i love complaining and listening to other people complain. complaints are the first step to solutions, i suppose.

Check'd, you WILL save big money at Menaaarrds

no it's

WHEN YOU SHOP MENAAARRDS

Okay?
