Here is what I have noticed >Most anime are pro-nationalist with plots about nationalist characters >clear gender roles >always a strong male figure with a submissive damsel-in-distress romance deal >violent >strong nationalist male heroes who believe in living by certain principles >plots usually revolve around medieval Asia, when asians were actually alpha >usually some philosophical undertones that are slightly more complex than western plotlines
