Sitting on the fence with Bakuon. It's mediocre but at least I discovered a few good porn titles.
Couldn't get past Tanaka-kun. It's mind-numblingly boring and I hated slugging through the borefest that is Ishuukan Friends. Never again.
Sleepy kun is not bad at comfyness.
Anime sucks
Flying Witch is great. Its no NNB or Wakaba Girl but its still really enjoyable and my personal AOTS

Unhappy is probably more funny than comfy, but is one of my favourite shows this season.
You can't into "creepy" comfy? But those are best comfy, like Ghibli movies, or Mushishi.
Tanaka-kun is very nice, I'm enjoying the OP and ED right now.
I really love comfy anime and shows, they have a lot of comfy and whoomfy aspects to them and a great showfeel. Yuru Yuri is a comfy anime because it has a comfy atmosphere and really whoomfy sound to it with a lot of very ASMR showsensations that you receive aurally from experienceing the comfy nature of the show. Comfy is thick.
Speaking of Ghibli movies, I watched the Cat Returns yesterday. Probably my favorite Ghibli now. I was never really that impressed with Ghibli narratives but The Cat Returns nailed it

Just finished the first half of JoJo part 3 (avoiding the general because of spoilers) but I think it's a really comfy anime the slower pace and monster of the week style makes it nice and relaxing compared to parts 1 and 2.

Yuru Yuri is very clearly slapstick humour with only some comfy parts throughout. San Hai being the exception to this. I wouldn't call it comfy the same way Hidamari or Aria are.

Yuru Yuri is a very comfy, ASMR-ish show with a comfy atmosphere, comfy characters, thick comfy, and comfy lore. I think the comfy nature of the show deserves to be acknowledged because its comfy.

The Natsuyachumi OVA was pretty comfy
Tamayura is a healing story. You see the characters grow and learn but in a very heartwarming way.
Hidamari is mostly character interactions. First season is meh but the seasons after it are all very good.
Shirokuma Cafe and Natsume Yuujinchou are top tier comfy.
A couple of funny moments doesn't exclude a show from being comfy and ASMRish, you need to be more comfy yourself. I'm a comfy, thick fan of comfy shows because I try to be as comfy and thick as the shows I love.
Yuru Yuri feels too high energy for me to describe it as comfy. I don't think I'd even classify it as iyashikei so much as a comedy.
