Well allow me to educate you on how our country is functioning the last 20 or so years after we "got rid" of the communist scum.
The rapidly declining population is a result of many factors, piling up over the years and forcing the majority of the educated population to seek a better life somewhere else.
Now these factors are, but not limited to:
Extremely corrupt police and law enforcement institutions, "ex"-communists running the government with their only strong opposition being the actual communists, horrible healthcare and terrible conditions to start a business or work at.
So combine the above mentioned problems, with an aging, demographically changing population and you will find yourself in our predicament.
We are pretty much a mini version of the Western European countries. Instead of getting replaced by niggers and muslims, we are replaced by gypsies and turks. The only major difference is our people act like nationalists and are throwing tantrums and protests just because they are living in terrible conditions and manage to see a little bit clearer. People in the West are paid well enough to not care about their country going to shit.

I have friends living in a few small villages and everywhere, literally everywhere there are hordes of gypsies taking over abandoned villages.
A single village get taken over from about 200 of them and in 10-15 years, there's like 2000-3000 of them there. The same is happening in small towns.

Historically, when a country's population becomes too low, it's because of some sort of tragedy like a famine, plague, war, or natural disaster. Or, the society is a very small-scale one such as a city-state. We live in a unique time in history where the population of not just entire countries, but almost the entire European continent, is falling because people just don't feel like breeding, and have the luxury of making such a decision. We aren't entirely sure what happens to countries whose economies collapse because of this, but realistically there are only a few possible outcomes:
1. Import immigrants to keep population steady and fill in the workforce. (already happening, e.g: US, Germany)
2. Move to a more non-growth-based economy to make up for the loss in productivity.
3. Pay people to have children. This is already happening in many countries but it's questionable in its effectiveness.
4. Do nothing - this will cause the economy to slump, causing more people to leave, draining the workforce more, and so on. Until the only people left are those too poor to leave: third world country status.
You won't find modest ones. The peer pressure is to look hot and most think sluty=hot. Not that am complaining am not some kind of puritan.
