But I think it's obvious to all of us that Islam is a significant problem and truly does need to be prosecuted and effectively banned.
How do we do that with Freedom of Religion still in full effect? Personally I think if we recategorize Islam from religion to philosophy/school of thought to be more in line with something like Communism, which would give us the historical precedent to ban it like we did with Communism back in the day.
