I have seen so much degeneracy in the media aimed at our youth, but the trend I cannot help but noticing is this obsession with "booty"
Commercial with hip hop / rap cone on these kids channels showing all the characters shaking/touching/staring and in other words making spectacles of asses.
On top of this shows seem far more sexualitized now. Sure we had some darker kids shows when I was younger but they were far in few between, and most sexual in nature bits of content back then was subtle and not so on the nose. Then there are shows like Steven universe that is basically LGBT propaganda and has themes that are very sexual in nature, "fusion" is basically sex and they went as far as a character snapping her legs apart to have another dice between theme to "fuse"
There is even a show now that's had a protagonist that is an actual sentient ass. Virtually every child's cartoon has these elements. It's really just a matter if who's worse then who.
Is there an agenda here being pushed? Or is it just lazy writers who figure kids love the booty / black culture that seem to go hand n hand with today's youth?

There's always been cartoons that have tried to appeal to a broader demographic by slipping jokes and innuendos aimed at adults past the censors. It's just that the moral degradation of society in general has both made content more risque/trashy across the board, and the standards of censors have been worn down by time and the death of societal elements like "soccer moms."
A scene like this referencing a subtly sexual scene in an movie the target audience's parents might have seen could have happened in older kid-friendly but family-oriented cartoons like The Animaiacs or The Powerpuff Girls. But other elements in the same show and competing programming, like explicit bi/homosexuality and plainly sexual thoughts and actions of young girls would never have been allowed to air twenty years ago.

To put it simply, older cartoons assumed things would fly over kids heads and winked at their parents. Newer cartoons are, often correctly, assuming kids are already exposed to and aware of sexuality, and are winking at them (and the periphery demographic of manchildren such as myself), with less subtlety because they know their parents aren't looking.
