>adds a new dynamic scoring system to funding allocation meaning states who are fiscally responsible with healthcare coverage are rewarded and bloated socialist states lose money
>rapidly starts winding everything else about Obamacare down from now until 2026, then ends it altogether.
Altogether it's a good compromise bill to all the moderates who will worry about a coverage cliff-edge whilst massively cutting gibs and handing back fiscal responsibility to nigger states like Commifornia and Illinois.
Also takes money from blue states and redistributes it to red states. Ultimate fuck you to the Dems.
