What should we do about the black unemployment problem in America?
As much as we like to look at black people as inert matter, pawns, societal pestilence, we have to consider that they wills and motives of their own and also want to pursue happiness like the rest of us.
If we don't find a economic niche for African Americans in the United States in an increasingly globalized world, their failures will have externalities such as even more riots, even more ethnic conflict and a return to city crime rates and we haven't seen since the 80s.
Now more than ever need protectionism for industries to employ african americans and we need to abolish the minimum wage and abolish welfare. There is a limit to what the left side of the bell curve can specialize in and we need to make sure blacks can afford a livelihood with two parent households and future prospects that makes them feel fulfilled and competent. If we don't look out for our own citizens, we deserve everything we get for our negligence.

It made me think, either he is trying to atone to the liberals, by spewing liberal nonsense. Or, he knows that the IQ is important for success and is tied to specific types of employment. By the laws of supply and demand, if you triple the amount of low IQ people, you get a lot of McDonalds employers, if the High IQ people do need increase in the same ratio, the difference between the value of Labour between a high IQ person and a low IQ person will greatly increase.
With the flow of immigration from low IQ countries, and the fertility of low IQ people, this population will increase, since they are trapped to occupy a limited number of jobs, supply and demand will decrease the value of their Labour. Unless you are skilled and intelligent, your market value will decline. Blacks will be the ones that will be hit the hardest from this, because of their lower IQ.

This of course falls apart in the 21st century where technological advancements increases the need for youth to be in education which makes having children while young very impractical if you want a decent quality of life
