You mean the manga? Yep it has the best translation and id suggest everyone to read it in italian, but i want to see part 5 animated for good mostly because people could enjoy it more and more. It usually gets shit on because of the poor quality scan and translation but other than that i think its pretty much a solid part. The anime will probably change the point of view of some people like that.
