they are all shit?

yes

Such an odd pattern.

So what's the pattern?

>OP (Ghey)
>Anime (Ghey)
>Me (Ghey)

I'm seeing a pattern here

Will they use Ishidate (the PV) or Ishihara for director?

What will Ishidate's 2019 series be?

Violet movie

>Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu (20XX)

Flops.

Why would they use Ishihara? Why?

Same reason they used him on Eupho, Nichijou and Haruhi presumably.

KyoAni has to meet the quota of one shit anime per year.

I don't see why they would switch directors. The anime is in the works right now and Ishihara is working on Hibike S2.

>studios have the same deadline for making an anime
>I'm seeing a pattern here
Way the go captain obvious.

>Ishihara is working on Hibike S2.

Let him handle pic related then.

Him directing doesn't preclude Ishidate from being the series director. Yamada is directing both Eupho (assuming nothing has changed) and Silent Voice at the same time so it's not as if the studio doesn't assign staff across multiple works.

>Yamada is directing Eupho
Wait, what happened to Ishihara?

Nothing hints at Ishihara being on the project though.

They both directed the first season, Ishihara was more administrative and Yamada had a more hands-on role from what I understand. There are some interviews published on the subject.

That's true, I was just going off of that other guy's speculation. I'm pretty sure it's just Ishidate.

Is it confirmed that Yamada will be series director again though? I imagine it would be hard to direct a movie and a series at the same time.

I loved Nichijou, haven't watched KnK.

I don't think so, I'm only assuming that because of how apparently critical she was for the first season. If not her, then definitely expect someone else to take her place instead of Ishihara running solo.

I'd be up for Fujita but it's probably too soon to give her a series director role.

Probably Owaga.
He's been helping other directors for quite sometimes now.

*Ogawa

>Owaga

The main reason Yamada was on the project is because Ishihara didn't know how to direct adolescence between girls. If anyone replaces her, it'll be another woman.

As far as keeping the style of the first goes on say Fujita and Kigami are the best at working in Yamada's style. Not sure either will be given a directorial role, but a guy can hope.

>that first part
Hell, I forgot about the interviews (including the famous "adolescence" bit).

>Kigami directing again
I wish

There's nobody else.

His episodes in Eupho were great. I'm certain he'll have at least some role in the new season.

>working on Koe no Katachi
>worked on the VEG CM
>probably working on Eupho 2 and VEG TV
Everyone at KyoAni is busy as fuck

I thought he was working on Koe no Katachi with Yamada.

We didn't know about VEG so we assumed that he was talking about Koe no Katachi when he said he was working on a "new project".

I don't think he's strapped to any one project at a time. He's worked on nearly all of their recent shows.

He said he was working on KnK two months ago on the blog.

He's used to episodic plot, that's pretty much how he handle the plot in all his shows.

DOES NO ONE RESPECT TAKEMOTO GOD ANYMORE?

im starting to really hate the sameface
thats literally Sento

It's been a long time since Hyouka.

I'm more worried about the writer for VEG. I pray that they won't use Hanada again.

What about actually reading the goddamn blog instead of parroting what someone said on twitter?

Instead they'll use Okada

Agree with almost everything but AmaBuri. It was very funny to me.

Change Amagi to good and I'll agree

>Amaburi
Good
>Phantom world
Mediocre

Otherwise I agree with everything

>Hanada for series composition
>Random terribad idol episode
Please no

>Amagi brilliant Park (2014)
>bad
Amagi was actually good and fun, the pink cat hijinks were great and Kanye was an incredible MC.

I agree with everything else on that list bar Tamako that has been in my backlog for ages.

Phantom World was terrible.

Every episode was basically the plot finds a way to whore the girls with zero comedic value aside of the usual overused cliches. The action sequences weren't good and the only good thing about that garbage was that it looked pretty.

There were few fanservice episodes and the action sequences were pretty good though.

They already did that with Phantom World

He did awesome job on Nichijou, though.

So Ishidate is a main director now?

How to make a KyoAni adaptation:
>add pointless anime original characters
>add overblown drama and plot points that weren't in the original source in order to create a cheap cliffhanger for a season 2 or a movie
>put a LOT of digital effects over the animation to make it look 'pretty'
>ignore the original character design, instead redesign everyone to look like every other show by them

Seems so.

Will KyoAni ever top they're magnum opus Violet Evergarden?

But Silent Voice predates it and is better.

VEG sounds and looks more interesting to me honestly.

That's okay user, I love you no matter what.

>77 again
I'm glad you love me.
Still hyped for KnK though.

He's not part of the Board of Directors yet I think, but he's getting there.

He actually is.
He got promoted in 2015.

Well good for him

I'm so happy.

>knk was bad
>all these people agree

Fags

Yoshiji Kigami
Tatsuya Ishihara
Yasuhiro Takemoto
Taichi Ishidate
Shoko Terawaki (Ikeda)

So we'll get more action and non-high school dramas.

Here's your reply

Who is the owner of that twitter.?

Yamakan

...

A KyoAnifag who bought the company's report.

2016 report?

2015, duh.

Are there any actual KyoAni employees in twitter?

Delete this

Change Amagi and Tamako Market to Okay and I agree

>subbed
Is that from the US release?

Impliying its not 3xxx

KyoAni horror anime when?

How ironic that you think it's obvious yet still completely miss the point.

Never.

Hopefully never.

Would it be actually scary, or unintentional comedy like nearly all purportedly horror anime? I think they might actually be able to do it.

I agree with you.

Free! is mediocre and Free! ES is good.

I think they could do it.
I'd throw my money at a Shinsekai Yori remake.

Takemoto is working on FMP :^)

I wonder what he's up to if it's not FMP.

What's this about ?

>Robot Heart Update is a cute romantic comedy about a cynical assistant manager named Naoto who works at a electronics store and his robot girlfriend named Snow (White). Naoto name is an anagram for adult (Otona). Like most people, Naoto stopped believing in magic and Santa when he grew up until one day meteors filled with magical rocks landed in the ocean and scientist used those rocks to build cute robots amongst other things. So this is like a "do you believe in Santa Claus" kind of story. Naoto also juggles his feelings with Snow who is literally powered by love. If a robot is programmed to get your love in order to recharge her batteries, can she actually truly love you? And all of this takes place during the Christmas season and ends on Christmas day.

Sounds nice, I like those kinds of stories.

>workromcom with cynical protagonist
When?

I assume we'll get an "in the works" CM next year

...

>scientist used those rocks to build cute robots amongst other things
Those scientist had their priorities straight.
