Why is it so difficult to find and get a job nowadays?

Why is it so difficult to find and get a job nowadays?
And don't say jews.

I dont know, look on the local level. Ive never had trouble finding a job.

Jews

Over reliance on college

Now any entry level position requires at least an associates, if not bachelor's ++

Go into a trade. Trades are hurting right now and you can make a shit ton of money with little education / training.

It's seems difficult because you faggots are not willing to start at the bottom to work your way up. You are aiming for those 100k a year starting salaries.

Immigration and God's chosen people

meh im happy running a resturant
i know ill probably never net over 70k a year but where im at right noe is comfy until i open my own place

in my area, anything that pays over $14 an hour is an ultra competitive factory job where you have mandatory 12+ hour days 7 days a week or you need a college degree.

That sucks... I was able to get a 17$ an hour job with an ecommerce service provider without college.

I think the only thing I had going for me was the experience I had with the Army. But I still stand by what I said. I didn't finish college til 34.

boomers and boomer economics

>experience I had with the Army

That's another thing. In order to 'start' in a lot of companies and fields, you need experience. No one seems to want to hire noobies because they don't want to waste time and money training them.

Not everyone has the financial ability to intern for free anywhere either.

Jews.

I've had a job for years mate. Can't say it's hard. Move somewhere with jobs? That's what I did during the recession.

Because you have poor social skills

It's pretty easy when you graduated uni/college.

>Move somewhere with jobs?
If ya had the money to move.

Judaist Hebrews

I had a hundred dollars for a bus ticket. I had a job withing two hours of stepping off the bus with zero work experience and only a high school diploma.

Not sure what's so difficult about getting and keeping a job.

The only way to get a job in 2017 is through and referrals

Jews.

well at least in my country, they keep competing with me on the same job openings.

...

Visit r9k, these people dont truly want jobs.

As a white man you shouldn't be looking for a job.

You should invent your job.

I have nore offers for work than I know what to do with.
The key is, even if you're not sure how to do something, but you have a conceptual understanding, act confident and say that you're the best.

In the end, you'll get experience doing many things and lots of work. Youtube makes you a jack of all trades.

Its not.

For real.

Boomers.

Exporting jobs overseas through free-trade and importing immigrants to export in our own backyards. Then there's the fact that women are in the workforce, adding another 50% to the job seeking market. In America, you either work in a dead end service industry job, or you need a college degree for the bulk of our jobs. We are no longer a manufacturing nation, but one of service and information/research. We don't actually make our products, we buy others'.

in all seriousness though, the apocalypse must be near since this happened. It's my first job in more years than you can dare guess.

You know it's bad when the jews are getting jewed.

too many people applying for one job that gets advertised on the internet so its like a lottery, then you have the government coming in and enforcing affirmitive action so all the immigrants and minorities get priority meanwhile regular people get fucked.

A Job is for plebs. Do something you love, build it, and plebs will come and go into debt for what you build.

1989. Recession hit when I was 18. Couldn't find a job where I lived for 6 months, even though I was spending 4-5 hours a day looking for work.

So, I asked my parents for a bus ticket to a city with a 4% unemployment rate, and boom. I had a job within hours of arrival.

It's not that hard, just don't live in a place that sucks.

Because of higher education
The problem is, most of the people nowdays, in my country atleast, have higher education
So the market is flooded with people that have higher ed, so companies can go out and only hire them, without risking to not find anybody
People who dont went through that academic line, fall through
They dont get hired, because the only thing that matters to even get a chance to talk to a person, is your resume
And if 40 % of the resumes that are on your table are from people with high ed, you probably going to invite them instead of the other 60 %
Which of course does not mean that people that went to a gymnasium as an example are better suited for the job, the opposite is often the case
And also, we have a huge over saturation in terms of workforce
We have too much workers for certain areas, and too few in others
People dont get a job, so they start grabbing on to each offer they get, no matter how bad it is
Companies know that, and use that for their advantage
Also everything gets centralized
You dont have your 100 small shops for several needs, you have 1 big wallmart, that either buys every shop out of the economy, or destroys it
You dont have your 100 tech companies anymore, you have microsoft
As an example
We have those global players, that not only control the market locally but even international
Which takes away huge profits for the people, takes away many jobs, and destroys the local economy
Our economy is changing, and it will be even harder to find a job, till this change is complete
There are more arguments to this, and its too complicated to break it down
The most important thing is, to get a skill, that makes you unique and wanted

Beaners took all entry level jobs. When I was a young teenager I worked at a produce market. Got my first blowjob from the 15 year old cashier. Now that same store is full of Guatemalans

wtf would a New Zealander know about jobs or how to get one in the USA other than what they read on the internet?

This. Kids leaving both high school and college are fucking lazy, I know this has become cliche at this point but it's completely true.

Because you live in a socialist hell hole called Canada... no one wants to do business in high tax socialist hell holes.

I got a bullshit humanities degree and have been unemployed for 2 years living with my mom in appalachia. Shit sucks. I'm thinking my only hope is joining the military at this point

Wish I had your luck. Live in NYC. Bus prices are expensive as fuck, you'd be lucky to even find a 1 bedroom apartment 1.7k-2k/month and it could take up to a year to find a shitty entry level position at shop n stop. I'd move out to the west or something where it's cheaper but need money for that ass well.

>$100 for ticket
>subtract cost of ticket
>no experience
>insta-job
ya but suckin dick on a street corner isn't much of a job.

Yeah man. Don't live in a place that sucks. Not sure what to tell you.

Check the list I posted. You'll have a job in a day or less of looking if you're willing to move.

Here it's a combination of mass-immigration, the dilution of the importance of degrees, a reliance on the automatising service sector and desk blocking baby boomers.

I walked into a temp agency and they gave me a job working in a warehouse, starting the next morning. I worked that job and another job for a few months until I found something better.

Once I had a job, I never stopped applying for better jobs. Mostly for the experience interviewing. But, even without a college degree I'm making 100K right now because I never stopped looking to move up.

You gotta hustle senpai. That's the way the world works.

In my early years of education there were 4 options:
>Go to school until 9th grade, then go into a trade
>Go to school until 10th grade, find an apprenticeship
>Go to school until 13th grade, find a job
>Go to Uni after school, find a job
Once I was in 9th grade it became increasingly obvious that requirements had increased and I had to get at least Abitur (13th grade). Once I was in 12th grade, all the Jobs that only required Abitur now required at least a Bachelors degree. It's funny, chances weren't bad that you'd get out of Uni and work under someone who never went to Uni.

I've already tried that shit. 99% of the time my applications are thrown out because I live 100+ miles away from where the job is posted

Spbp

Affirmative action. Bosses that hire illegals

Need a job? get a CDL
Bus and truck companies may even pay for your training.

Yeah, bullshit.

The people in here bitching about not having jobs don't really want jobs or aren't willing to relocate.

No point wasting any more of my time in this thread.

how do i relocate if i don't have any money?

>looking to move up
>learn to hustle
so you became the jew. I have no interest or hold no value in jewing people or 'hustling' like some drug dealing nigger who is trying to 'move up' and get some gold chain that other niggers will admire. In short, I reject it all.

nice argument boomer faggot

Too many people and not enough jobs cause everything is automated.

since when Canada has issues like that ? What job sector are we talking about ?

jesus don't you cunts have laws to stop this shit? I can't work more than 5 days in a row. Anything over 38-40 hours a week is over time. If you work 40 hours a week you get a day off each month

This.
I have never understood how people cant find jobs. I have ALWAYS had a job.

wemons suffrage doubled the work force practically over, there you american econ saved you a 80k degree

also some people have too much pride
i worked picking thistles for a flower company in the middle of summer 105+ every day

it never is just 100 $ for a ticket. Relocations bleed cancer and fail no matter how you look at it.

You obviously have no marketable skills.
Kind of hard to compete with shitskins for entry level retard jobs.

some states do, some don't. I had a place where you had to work 10 hrs/day with a minimum "mandatory overtime" of 2 extra hours each day.

not true in America, relocates often provide bunk/housing for like a dollar a day and like $200 if you tell them your broke cash, even non gov sector jobs
i think people have also kinda lost their balls in a sense that they think they if they fail they are butt fucked when they probably have alot of resources they arent emplying

>live in NYC
>can't find a job
nigger what the fuck are you doing

keep it up user

they wonder why people don't have children or families or buy houses etc. If you spend 12 hours a day at work then you don't have time for any of that. If I had to work that much I would just come home from work and fall asleep

Pawn shop owners fall into this trope, you do realize that right ?

I'm 30 and have never had a job.

Never received benefits either but now that I've been seeing a psychologist & some other specialist they both came to the conclusion that I have a psychiatric problem should be disability.

the trope of usury? yeah im pretty sure he gets that ezra

more like: been there, done that.
Never change rabbi. never change.

dont walk the shop unless you want to buy boy

>If I had to work that much I would just come home from work and fall asleep
That's generally what those people do.

What in the holy fuck are you talking about? Relocators provide housing?! confirmed boomer

did you eat mushrooms out of your shower? or did your parent's support you

that's what I mean about why they say people are not spending their money. They spend it on rent/mortgage and bills. If you have no time for hobbies how are you going to (((grow))) the economy?

that's basically what I did. Come home, play about an hour of some vidya and pass out.

im 26 senpai had three jobs provide housing for less than 5 dollars a day all 3 relocates, two from the forest service and 1 was an alaskan fish preparation place but i knows theres thousands of others

You know what to do, user...

only those who want your kidneys in the long run boy, noone else works that

if you want company housing for like $100 you gotta go somewhere people dont wanna go, IE alaska/bumfuck no where not west LA or DC nigger

((not jews))

The only reason it's "hard" is because you are a lazy fucking nigger who either isn't looking for a job or is too highly strung to take a job.

did you eat like shit. I work 4 days a week 10 hours a day and on my work days I eat junk because I can't be fucked. I am getting better at the moment and cooking on my days off and freezing soup, stews. Anything that seems balanced but I used to eat really terrible shit or just get take out because I didn't have the energy to make something good

and even then the local market will suck you dry for your money because there is no cashflow in the local market

>What's 2+2?
>And don't say 4
