Also, will we ever see his match? Is that one guy at the hero association his brother or what?

He gave the actual reason for his strength: hard work and determination. Coming up with something that would make sense (in this context anyway) would ruin the series because it's not supposed to make sense.

Everyone is born with a limiter and characters like Saitama, Garou, and Crablante broke theirs through sheer force of will. This causes significant transformation of character.

actually he broke his limiter

You won't get a serious answer. His answer is the truth, and in turn is just another extended joke about Zen Buddhism. You eat crab all day every day, you turn into a giant underpants crab. You spend all day trying to become the strongest hero just so you can be the strongest hero, and you become it. Enlightenment is power, and the constant repetition of an action without other attachments is the path to enlightenment in that particularly Japanese version of the belief.

>Crablante
Turing into a monster is different from limit breaking.

In the OPM universe, will becomes manifest. Want to be stronger? Work at it and you will. Want to be a genious? Learn everything that you can you will.

You just want an easy excuse cause you don't want to work for things, not even in your own life. How pathetic.

STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND JUST DO IT

Read the webcomic.

>Want to be a genious? Learn everything that you can you will.

You can start by learning how to spell.

>You can start by learning how to spell.

FUCK spelling, I want to hit things hard. I love the feel of the recoil and pain in my fist.

great rebuttal.

No it's the same. It's just that Saitama's transformation is so completely human that he doesn't give himself away, even to himself.

So if that's the case, why is Mumen Rider still such a shit power level wise? He's arguably the most determined character in the series.

No, it is different.

He has a greater limiter to match his greater willpower.

>People seriously buying the "he broke his limiter" supposition.

There's probably some bullshit reason like he doesn't want to be the strongest, he only wants to sacrifice everything for the good of others as a hero they can admire and emulate.

Saitama isn't exactly a great role model, he can just punch the shit out of threats. Mumen Rider doesn't want that, and if Mumeh Rider wasn't 100% human he wouldn't be able to be the hero he is.

>Memes aside, will we ever get an actual reason for his strength?
It's frken "superpowers", user. Why the fuck does "he trained for it" not be good enough?

"Gamma rays" was good enough for Hulk. "Transistors" was good enough for Iron Man. "Alien" was good enough for Superman and Goku. Why the FUCK do you think "training everyday for three years" is not enough f a good reason?

Don't forget that just like Hulk's Gamma Rays, to actually follow Saitama's training to the letter would literally kill you. So it makes sense that if you can survive the impossible, you had to be a superhuman.

>Also, will we ever see his match?
He's probably going to confront 'god' and blast in the next major arc. An I'm still riding on Blast being another Saitama.

This.
It's just a science guys theory.

Why do faggots make stuff up and not use the ideas in the story? "Broke Limiter" has been talked about seriously by Genus and the Narrator.
Do you need ONE himself to say that it is real to believe it? But, I'm sure that wouldn't be enough either.
