'Re:Zero' if your favourite part of Steins;Gate was episodes 12/13.
'Sakamoto desu ga?' if you want more OPM-style comedy.
Otherwise, I'd recommend basically everything Yoshitoshi Abe or Satoshi Kon has ever been involved with (sans Niea_7), but I get the feeling you've seen all of that already.

I think Bebop is the objective best of those, but Dandy is my personal favorite. Do Bebop first since it kind of "frames" Dandy.
I'll check Re:Zero and Sakamoto out, and yeah, I've thoroughly enjoyed several other Satoshi Kon works.
