Shirou's only unhappy endings are his brutal bad ends. He ends up perfectly at peace in Fate and ends up with Saber in paradise. He has the perfect waifu to teach him to be normal people happy in UBW. He gives up on his hero bullshit and just lives with Sakura in HF.
