Spends 1000 episodes fucking around in feudal Japan

>spends 1000 episodes fucking around in feudal Japan
>doesn't change the future in any concrete way

Was this ever explained?

because everything she does already happened obviously

Predestination paradox, then?

Because

She was predetermined to do everything she did, including getting knocked up and having a litter of babies.

The bigger question is how come no one ever realizes that she's responsible for the majority of the deaths that happens in this show. If she didn't break the jewel into pieces, Sangos family would still be alive, countless villagers/villages would not have been destroyed and Kikyo wouldn't have fallen off so many cliffs, but it was for the sake of plot so it's okay.

Inuyasha spends to much time sperging about being a halfie and then has quarter-demon kids.

...

I thought only nips believed in indirect responsibility shaming

The jewel wanted it all to happen. Also, I fail to see how anybody can be accountable for Naraku's slaughtering.

>only nips believed in indirect responsibility shaming
>series is made by a nip
He's asking why nips aren't being nips, user.

kikyo was the better girl in the inucup

based sessh was the real nail of the show

I want to know why the various groups never teamed up, since they were all gunning for the same guy.

They are parallel dimensions with some form of compatibility. So youkai's and powers don't really exist in Kagome's world, but when Inuyasha comes over he's still able to use his powers.

Also, post Kikyo

Deaths over possession of the Shikon Jewel were already happening long before she arrived. Sure, she brought the Jewel back after Kikyo had it burned with her own corpse, but she didn't know about it and she was dragged through the well by a demon who also extracted the jewel from her body. As for breaking it, it was better than losing the whole thing since it gives almost unlimited power when whole.

Sesshomaru was too proud and hated Inuyasha's guts and Koga wanted Kagome for herself so he wouldn't travel with both her and Inuyasha (although he does for a short while towards the end when need arises).

Man, when you're a kid you root for the childish relationship Kagoma and Inuyasha have, and when you grow up you understand that he should've ended with Kikyo and that she's absolutely best girl.

>doesn't change the future in any concrete way

There was a shitton of demons in the past, and there's not even one in the present. Why is that? Because she and her band genocided all of the demons, that's why.

He barely spends any time complaining about it after the first few episodes. He stops caring about his original goal really quickly.

When dealing with time travel, everyone has their own set of rules. They're apparently in the 'everything happens anyways' camp.

why is Kagome a dog?
