well i think the us would be ruled like a puppet regime by rockwell and japan would get islands like hawia and some of the us mainland since the fought for it.
personally i also think italy would get ethiopia and most parts of africa while natsoc germany would get former german colony's lost in ww1 like namibia.

fascism doesn't necessarily include the racial aspects and the eugenic aspects of nsdap also the economy of natsoc germany was quite different from italy.
Japan and Italy would likely keep a lot of the land they conquered, Germany probably would only keep the land with majority German population or land that Germany historically owned. And yes, the conquered nations would be puppet regimes, although I wouldn't blame them, no one would want to have to fight the Soviet Union a 2nd time.

'Strasserism' as an ideology refers primarily to the ideas of Otto Strasser. There's a misconception that he and his brother Gregor were proponents of the same ideology, but it's inaccurate. They were both members of the Northern faction of the NSDAP, which oriented itself heavily towards the proletariat and was more overtly radical in both a socio-economic and political sense, but Gregor was always more moderate than Otto, and his views moderated even further after 1930. So 'Strasserism' at the time primarily referred to the ideals of Otto Strasser, even though he himself referred to his ideology as 'German Socialism' (a phrase used frequently in the period by other intellectuals, like Sombart and Zehrer, who promoted very similar ideals). There were a lot of differences between Strasserist NS and conventional NS:
Rejection of fuhrerprinzip. Strasser believed the 'Idea' had primacy over the 'Leader.' Hitler believed the Leader was the physical embodiment of the Idea. Strasser, despite supporting authoritarianism, rejected the notion of a single individual having unchecked, absolute power over ideology, party, and state. The Idea transcended all three.
Overt, principled socialism. Hitler supported progressive socio-economic reforms and state power over the economy, but rejected radical economic experiments. Strasser believed that socialism was the primary component of National Socialism; an NS which did not nationalise land & large industries, confiscate aristrocratic property, give workers collective control over companies, etc., was not a true National Socialism.

Revolution. Hitler supported reformism- changing society through legally coming to power, then enacting radical reforms to create an NS state via existing constitutional state machinery. Strasser, like Hitler, rejected the Weimar system as illegitimate, but as a result felt working through it was unprincipled. An NS state had to be achieved by direct, revolutionary action, sweeping away the corrupt capitalist state with radicalism.
Rejection of the bourgeois. Strasser viewed many other nationalist parties and groups (like the DNVP, Stahlhelm, Agrarian League, etc.) as 'reactionary' and as genuine a threat to Germany as the Bolsheviks or the liberal-democrats and rejected cooperating with them. He rejected also making deals with big business/industrialists, something Hitler had been attempting to do (with very limited success, until he'd already entered power in 1933). Hitler was more amenable to working with bourgeois-nationalist parties (i.e. the Harzburg Front), but only if he was in prime leadership position, and believed it was unrealistic to reject funds from big business.
The above principles were derived from a few sources. I've used these to make a very brief overview of the policies Otto advocated in constructing a Germany based on Strasserist/German Socialist ideals. You can compare this to Hitler's Reich and see the differences clearly:

Small businesses to be organised by law into a self-governing guild system.
All principal occupational groups will be organised into Estates (corporations) to self-regulate wages, work hours, etc.
Confiscation and redistribution of aristocratic land.

Creation of a European Federation (aka 'United States of Europe'), characterised by equal membership, collaborative economics & trade, and collective security.
Expansion of German lebensraum to the borders of 1914, with the inclusion of Austria.
Anti-colonialism. Create an anti-Western coalition ('League of Oppressed Nations') to encourage rebellion against the colonial rule of the 'plutocratic' Western powers.
Cultural Policy:
Free education.
A more moderate approach to the Jewish Question- Jews either to leave Germany; to be declared 'foreign nationals' subject to a state department; or to stay, but to assimilate fully in doing so.
Complete separation of Church and State, but total protection of the Churches and their role in society by the State.
The above was compiled from a few of Otto's writings: The 14 Theses of the German Revolution, Germany Tomorrow, National Socialism and the State, and the Draft of a Comprehensive Program of National Socialism (the last of which was written collectively by Gregor, Otto, and Goebbels back in 1926 when all three were still much closer in what they believed).

Private property is not the same as personal property. Strasserism and Socialism as a whole recognize an individual's right to personal property, but reject the notion of private property.
Personal property includes "items intended for personal use" (e.g., clothes, homes, and vehicles,and sometimes money). It must be gained in a socially fair manner, and the owner has a distributive right to exclude others.
Private property is a social relationship between the owner and persons deprived (not a relationship between person and thing), e.g., artifacts, factories, mines, dams, infrastructure, natural vegetation, mountains, deserts and seas.
