Posting some 2001 Nights for the sci-fi fans new to manga and have never heard of Hoshino Yukinobu before. It's a collection of hard sci-fi short stories about mankind's struggle to adjust when the space frontier is open at last. This is the flipped Viz version so read LEFT to RIGHT.
Thread from 2 days ago for those who want to read through the 4th and 5th issue: desustorage.org /a /thread /142707356 /

Wow can't believe I am seeing this on Sup Forums.
After I read this I loved it so much I went to ebay and bought all 10. Such awesome artwork on front and back covers.

Isn't it out of print and ridiculously expensive? When did you buy it?

Thanks user, clicked Sup Forums on a whim expecting some waifu bullshit and discovered this instead.

It's definitely out of print, guess I just found a good deal or something. 5 years ago.
Date says 1990 one them.
June 13, 2016 - 13:22
That's definitely a good deal for the whole set. On amazon, I see single issues listed between 20 and 40 dollars.
