Subbed, unless the dub is of exceptional quality (like Bebop).
A lot of normals complain about reading, but I would much rather do that then listen to terrible voice acting. It's ever more immersive to use original jap for sci-fi and fantasy stories as the language is exotic enough for me to pretend it's alien.
