Lots of oi.

Never in all my years reading manga have I ever read something where I didn't like a single character.

It really is amazing.

So are we going to go back to the Aster fight with the animal shaman having destroyed the 2 girls?

...

Not even Yami or Julius?

>Black Clover Ranks better than HeroAca

Nipps have a really good taste.

You mean abysmal.

Based nips.

No, really good.

bump

Have you guys bought the first volume?

Nope, did you?

or best villain?

>lazy and stong

Nope.

Well at least it sells well in sunrise land.

Can't wait for the anime announcement.

Do you think there's any chance Julius doesn't die?
I'm hoping he steps down and retires to live long life of wandering around looking for new magic.

Post anime announcement threads will probably be crappy.

currently threads are either dead or flooded by shitposters.

I don't see how it could get worse.

the sheep magician girl is such a shit character, no single character but yami is likable in this shit but damn sheep girl is such shit she had no fucking development at all this far and its obvious shes just the classic "le goofy comedic relief gurl".

Would anime end on castle town battle?

If they do it like BNHA and start with only one season of a dozen episodes or so, I'm thinking it would end right before the promotion ceremony at the castle.

Are you mentally challenged or something?
They can squish 60 chapters or more in 25
if they do that then its bye bye bc

Charmy could use a more development.
I hope we'll get short back stories for each black bull just showing their early days.

If they were to do, say, 24 or 25 episodes. I think they could get include everything up to the beginning of the water temple arc.

Will Grey join the harem?

Nah she is destined to save Gauche
depends on who makes it and I dont think anyone wants it

Seems compressed.

She can disguise as his sister.

>A "teleports behind you" panel without teleportation or speed

Couldn't he just dispel the Tome away and then summon it back?
I'm still not sure how the tomes are supposed to work.

I'm guessing she has some kind of backstory that explains why she doesn't want people knowing she's a girl. Like, her parents wanted a boy or that people in her village said she was weak or something.

I've literally never looked at this manga until today. Not seen a single panel. But I read this chapter on a whim when I saw this thread and I have to say: Gray hits all of my weakspots. She's so cute and just the right age.

I can't say the rest interested me much, but this girl. I'll keep an eye on her. Thanks for introducing me, user.

Let's say I'm always looking for new stuff to read. How much would I regret picking this up?

It's harmless fun, it's by no means a master piece but you probably wouldn't regret reading it.
If you liked early Naruto and Fairy Tail, you'd probably enjoy it.

sauce

Even for a shounen this fighting dalouge is abysmal.

I haven't read this but it looks more boring than BnHA. However, since the latter's anime is going full retard if this is done at a rate of at least 2 chapters per episode it can get an edge. An anime can do a lot of good for manga (see Fairy Tail)

No they carry their grimoires around so they cant dispel it and the grimoire has to be open for them to use a spell.
Its decent nothing special but its enjoyable to some degree. If you like classic shonen shit then give it a shot.
I dont know which ranks you are talking about but MHA is the second best ranked in Jump while BC is 4th or 5th

>No they carry their grimoires around
Really? I never see them carrying it when not in use, so I just assumed they could make them magically appear and disappear at will.

Dec-May 2016:

One Piece (2.2)
My Hero Academia (3.8)
Haikyu!! (5.1)
Black Clover (5.5)
Shokugeki no Soma (7.7)
etc

BC should be higher than HQ now though

>why wouldnt nips like naruto with the lies?
>stop bs about being ninja when there just mages

He is talking about the TOC ranking this week.

This.
>die die die!
>oh no, halp!
>hehehehe!
Kinda funny actually

No one cares BC got 1 cover
MHA got 15

i think it matters if it triggered you this much

The whole Naruto+Harry Potter thing fits.

You are the one that'll be triggered when your shit manga gets cancelled while academia reaches legend status

Why can't they coexist?

see,triggered
besides academia anime is the biggest flop of that timeslot
so,people are already bored of that

DEM CHILD BEARING HIPS.

Is she red, brown or gray haired?

We'll find out when she inevitably gets a color page.
Seriously, why the hell does Black Clover get so many color pages? I like the series, but come on.

Why is Nisekoi so high? Isn't it usually dead last?

You follow ToCs and still don't know what a color page is?

Color pages and one-shot don't get ranked.
So OP, Samon-kun, and Nisekoi are unranked.

Oh, didn't see it there.

why would BC get cancelled when it sells decently?

>cuck lover 1st
japs never fail to amuse me

Why wasn't Lich willing to hurt Gauche if now his henchmen would try and kill him?

because its only logical to promote a series if it shows promise
I dont get why people care about color pages that much

Are they really effective in promoting series?

the nips seem to to like it. It sells pretty well over there.

I was unclear, I meant color pages in general.
I'd think it take more than color page to get people to read, but I guess it can grab their attention.

I unironically enjoy Black Clover.

So do I. It's not original or smart, but it's pretty entertaining. Funny, too.

Me too. It's fun.

Yup.

So this guy was originally the giant dude with the mask????

Yes and she helps hit on girls and checked out asta's beach bod.

Same here never thought I'd like it

There's no way.
The series is objectively awful up until Castle Town invasion.
It's still objectively awful, and probably always will be, but at least around Castle Town invasion it became kind of fun awful.
Before that though it was just unreadable.
If they were to adapt that as a first season the series would tank so goddamn hard.

>They can squish 60 chapters or more in 25
So you want them to adapt the whole manga thus far in one season and then have terrible pacing from then on?
Black Clover is terrible enough as it is, I don't even think anybody could fathom it at One Piece or World Trigger anime pacing.

>objectively

The easiest way to describe it, is by showing you this comic.
Black Clover is literally this comic, without any irony or self awareness.

Christ just read the comic

I'm a huge Hero Aca nut, and really hate Black Clover but lol.
My Hero Academia's anime is unfortunately doing pretty mediocre ratings wise, and didn't really deliver a strong sales boost. At least not anywhere close to what was expected.
Black Clover doesn't sell a shit-ton yet, but it's ranking as well as My Hero Academia, and nobody knows how big its anime boost could be.
I hate to say it, but Black Clover could end up more popular than My Hero Academia.

Jump has a pretty memorable line-up of popular battle manga right now though with One Piece, My Hero Academia, World Trigger, Black Clover, Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Ghost Tits.

>without any irony or self awareness

Black Clover isn't meant to be taken seriously.

Yes, please try and argue the merits of Black Clovers dialog, characters, and originality.
It's a waste of space in Jump, and almost feels like a bad parody of battle manga most of the time.

Here's the comic.
So? One Piece isn't meant to be taken seriously.
Doesn't mean that the characters are all paper thin generic quote screaming cliches.
Doesn't mean it has to literally plagiarize other series without any personal touch due to a lack of originality.
Doesn't mean the arcs don't have a decent sense of pacing and progression.

>literally plagiarize other series

The general premise of the story is literally just Naruto meets Fairy Tail.
Not to mention;
The first dungeon arc, which did a lot more than just borrow from Magi.
