stew and soups mostly

Each other.

Potatos

made with what?

tha bussy ;DD

Black cock like ur mom

fried nigger

Meat and vegetables dude
The fuck do you think

Food.

Cliffs of Dover are littered with many forms of cabbage and carrot. My best bet would be stews of hunted meat with potatoes and onions. A nice grainy loaf of bread and beer or wine. An Irishmans diet from the 1800s is probably pretty reflective

maybe this is a stupid question but

did they have beer in pre-christian europe?

no potatoes bro... they are from murica, same as corn and tomatoes...

Potatoes come from the new world they weren't eaten by Europeans until 16th century.

Those in coastal areas ate a lot of sea food and were adept at trawling for shell fish some prehistoric sites have mountains of shells from hundreds of years of prehistoric european coastal farmers eating and then tossing them over their shoulder.

most peasents were not allowed to hunt game on their lords land. Meat would just be the lesser cuts of the animals they butchered, as they would sell the quality stuff except on special occasions.

That said until the population boom just before the black death people ate meat commonly. mostly pork and beef. Chicken was considered a more expensive dish, something like a fancy sunday dinner today.

Beans.

Sheep, skyr, nuts, oats berries, rutabagas, fish. Naming a few.
I can't eat Skyr because of my mild lactose intolerance, I eat Greek yogurt instead which doesn't have an effect on me for some reason.
If you're going to change your diet I'd advice first giving up soda, candy, chips and ice cream while eating moderately healthy foods. I at least couldn't completely change my diet overnight.

yes

did it have wheat/hops in it then?

why was sheep so prevalent?

Hops is a new addition, old beer had no hops and was sweeter and weaker in alcohol usually.

Pigs were fantastic for supporting civilizations, just keep them in a minor cage with mud and feed them whatever leftovers you leave under each meal.

Easy maintenance + they give cloth

sheep provide whool, milk and meat and are not that expensive to raise.

pigs are a big cheaper/easier but only give you meat.

Not sure, a guess would be that people in Northern Europe had to find ways to keep themselves warm. Sheep wool therefore became important and people ended up with a lot of sheep to eat, they also survive during winters because they are covered in wool, as long as they're in a small shelter. They taste delicious too. Nothing beats hangikjöt, smoked lamb.

Yeah, to some extent you can do this with chickens and dogs too. Cows were the main hassle but the sheer quantity of milk/meat/farmwork helps even it out. The vast land of the new world is why they took over there instead of pigs.

People at least in europe didn't feed them literal shit often either. It ruins the taste.

Are non Americans welcome in a supposed American ethnostate?

>I can't eat Skyr because of my mild lactose intolerance

Beeing Icelander (white) and have lactose intolerance
>does not compute

> vaguely pornographic image promoting racial pride
> she's a jew
purely coincidence

Pretty much the same as before? Why would we change our diets drastically from christianization?

Yeah it sucks, literally no one in my family has it but me. My mother has a very weak digestion system though, probably just inherited something from her. I haven't actually been tested since I don't care too much but ever since I turned ~18 I couldn't drink milk without hurting my stomach and constantly releasing wind.

Being lactose intolerant is as bad as not having pink nipples. You probably aren't white.

Keto.

Carbs are a construct we don't need

RAW MEAT

Fuck off leaf, I have pink nipples. And my ancestry is exclusively a blend of Icelandic and Norwegian, maybe a bit Celtic going far enough back.

Sopa de macaco

If you can't trace your ancestry to third cousins all the way down you aren't a true icelander.

Humans arent supposed to drink lactose you dumbshit.
Anyone going without lactose for a two month period wont ever be able to get back to it without being intollerant.
The reason you can drink it is because you have since childbirth basically so you have built up some resistance to it.

Yes my Germanic forefathers never grew grain or made bread.

kys

>Wheat
Barley. Wheat is for bread, like rye.
youtube.com/watch?v=ADJ1HK1L-pI

I can easily trace it back ~1000 years back.

My family owned goats in Germany for countless years. They said before hand they hunted regularly.
Cabbage, other vegetables have been there since before time was recorded.

Before that I'm sure most white persons were costal dwelling people and had mostly an ocean diet. Before that whatever the middle east has to offer.

Most white people have no problem with Lactose. Most non white people do.

Go home Chong and take your lactose intolerance with you.

Or are you a african?

>humans aren't supposed to have their melanin gene turned off

>humans aren't supposed to keep their lactose digesting genes on

oh wait you think it has something to do with building up resistance lol. it's genetic senpai.

Give me one good study on how cow milk is good for a grown human being. Milk is for babies not grown men.

The Germanic and Celtic people's definitely did but the Greco-Roman people's thought it was the drink of barbarians and stuck to wine.

Also Mead was popular for a long time.

If you have to build up resistance to it how is it natural for a person to drink milk you retard?

Yeah you folks are right, don't know what I was thinking about potatoes. I was confused thinking that for whatever reason Europe had potoates, just not corn.
