If you're in the US and lower Canada and have an HF receiver; calibrate it by tuning to 10,000 kHz AM and listen for the beeps of WWV. It's essentially a beacon station and you can adjust your antenna with it to find the clearest audio. That should allow you to hear 8992 or 11175 USB the best.
