What are your thoughts on the radical centre?

What are your thoughts on the radical centre?

Trudeau is as centre as Noam Chomsky

(((Radical centrists)))

shit and Canadians should all be gassed

love it simple as

Macron, Trudeau and Cable are all utterly obsessed with increasing third world migration into western nations and also promoting feminism. Trudeau openly admitted appointing women to the governemtn "because it's the current year" while Cable bullied big companies into putting token women on their boards.

The idea they are "centre" is nonsense. On migration and feminism they are on the far fringes of the far left.

Needs more Bloomberg

no

Turdeau is basically a repeat of his dad for a new generation, except he is less buddy-buddy with communists. one of Turdeau Sr.'s pallbearers was Fidel Castro.

I really hate people who are all "everyone's just so dumb and governed by dogmas and labels while me I just arrive at the logical(tm) truth".

Oprutte!

>I'm right wing
>I'm left wing

Any ideology with the term radical will always have some faults/have instability.

Just call it centrism and be done with it.

Everyone was friends with Castro, that means less than nothing, he might be his actual dad tough.

The difference between what people usually call "Left" and what people call "Right" is the very definition of what a human is.

- For "Right" people, humans are animals that society tries to control. Society is good.
- For "Left" people, humans are angels that got corrupted by society. Society is bad.

This difference has a lot of policy implications, which usually can be summed as:

- Right people see immigration as "adding even more animals from somewhere else to our already chaotic society, making it even harder to control", so they oppose mass immigration.
- Left people see immigration as "bringing angels from other societies to punish our corrupted/non-vibrant/boring one, which only deserves dissolution", so they support open borders.

- Right people see criminals as rabid animals that need to be put down.
- Left people see criminals as victims of a corrupted society, so leftist parties tend to oppose death penalty and harsh sentences.

- Right people see Humanity as just another one of many animals competing for the resources of this planet
- Left people tend to see Humanity as corrupted angels unfairly defeating other animals, and the world would be a better place if humans didn't exist. This is specially true among green parties, which usually endorse de-industrialization policies as a product of their negative view of human society.

REEEEEEEEEEEEEE
GET OUT OF MY STAMPEDE NORMIE
STOP FAKING IT
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Also each political leaning will only work on different cultures/different countries. Maybe centrism will work on one side of the world but it definitely won't on the other side because the people didn't grow up on it/aren't receptive of breaking their own national/traditional views

Political Ideology is almost purely subjective.

- Right people see humans like farmers see their stock: they want the animals that have the best behaviors to breed and multiply, and they see capitalism (or other right-wing economic policies) as a way to achieve this. They also support harsh sentencing for criminals as a way to keep them locked away during their fertile years.
- Left people tend to recommend to self-conscious smart people stop having children and/or abort them to "save the planet". They deny that the characteristics of the human brain (unlike all the other organs, and unlike animal brains) can be inherited, insofar humans are fallen angels, not actual animals, so they deny that any reduction of average human intelligence can come out of this.

- Right people see marriage as a breeding contract between two human animals
- Left people see marriage as angelical love, so they support any non-standard marriage arrangement.

- Right people tend to see the world in terms of "our pack is right, the other pack is the enemy", which can lead to violent wars of conquests and extermination when taken to the extreme: the World Wars, the Armenian Genocide, the Rwandan genocide, the Mongolian destruction of Persia, to give a few examples.
- Left people tend to see the world in terms of "we are all angels and the world COULD be Heaven... but only if we get rid of the demons among us sabotaging it", which led to mass witch-hunting for "reactionaries" during the french revolution, "capitalists" in the USSR, "rightists" during the Chinese Cultural Revolution, and "racists" in the modern West. These witch-hunts can be so massive and lead to such widespread paranoia that they can stop society altogether, as happened during the Ukrainian Holodomor in the USSR, the Cambodian famine, the North Korean famine, and the Chinese famine.

>A bunch of whites who want to flood their countries with subhuman filth
>A chink who wants to fag up Taiwan
>Kill the Boer
If this is what passes for the center these days, then I must make Pinochet look like Mao.

Christianity does mess up things a bit, by making some Right people deny evolution (which is the strongest evidence that humans are actually animals, that our brains, thus our intelligence and behavior are a product of genetic mutations, and that whatever rules apply to animals apply to us as well) and also make some Right-wingers try to defend their positions on quite shaky biblical grounds instead of their real, animalistic, scientific arguments, so Christianity is overall a needless handicap to right-wing politics.

Ultimately it is very difficult to see how the Western World, and the big western superpower, United States of America for that matter, can avoid splitting in halves.
Right and Left are not just ideologies, or political parties, they are opposite views altogether.

Claims of "centrism" make very little sense and simply create chimeras that won't prevent the unavoidable. You can't half-kill a person, for example, death penalty is either legal or illegal. Halving mass immigration won't satisfy either side, one side will claim that the resulting chaos is the same only slower, while the other side claims you are not punishing society fast enough.

This contradiction can't last forever.

HOLY FUCK MY MODERATE RATIONAL POSITION ON FOREIGN TRADE AND AFFAIRS IS FUCKIN RAAAADDICAL DUUUUDE
