Well, what is the speed SAL or EMS or what? I have a rSAL right now that took 7 days to make it onto a plane. EMS generally is 1 day, even to New York. Dispatch means it left customs and is at the airport. Doesn't mean it's actually on the plane. SAL is based on how much extra cargo room is available. Could take days for there to be room.
