Watch YKK first OVA series, it's perfect and it should also be hard to convey.
But yeah, YKK art in the manga also is "unique" to manga. Though the OVA is wonderful.
I can see Kyoani doing a good job with Yotsuba&! (and YKK) if they suddenly released ONAs or something that let them more flexibility on the episode duration and pacing.
