Why is everything they do (or fail to do) the fault of white people?
White people who paid the taxes that sent them to schools with white children (thereby lowering the standard of learning for the white kids and overburdening the teachers).
Blacks drain resources from white people then complain that whitey STILL hasn't done enough for Black America.

Can southern blacks swim? Obviously the stereotype comes from inner city blacks, but I'd imagine things would be different in, say, Louisiana or Florida.
