Would you want to see Ryukishi's new game adapted into an anime?

Would you want to see Ryukishi's new game adapted into an anime?

I want Ryukishi to stop writing anything
He's just gonna tarnish Romeo and Yuuto's name even further by forcing them to write that bullshit

Aren't a majority of his works licensed or tied to Deen? No thanks.

Ryukishi is doomed to have increasingly terrible adaptations

As far as anime goes:
2 to DEEN
1 to 8Bit
This one would make the 3rd which isn't adapted.

Umineko manga is GOAT.

Aren't you missing a couple? One with an anime.

>ruin their names

Exposition babies ruin their names once they begin visual novels.

What's with the Beatrice-like girl in the helicopter in the background, cropped in like a bad photoshop

No, he's a terrible writer and the adaptations of his works are even worse.

Ah yeah, he did that anime only Ookamikakushi series. That one doesn't even fly under the radar.

Otherwise, unless I'm missing something, you'd be talking either about individual episodes of a series (Onikakushi, Watanagashi, etc), or their bundles (question arc, answer arc), but they'd still be comparible with the non-adapted ones.

Higurashi and the first parts of Umineko were really good though.

Tell me more about this game and we'll see.

>first parts
>implying episode 5 isn't the best of the series

5 is shit unless all you cared about was "muh BeaBato". The plot instantly did a complete 180 from the climax of EP4 just to pander to the shippers, and Erika was a ridiculous strawman of people trying to solve the mystery. The only part of Chiru that wasn't total horseshit was EP7, since it actually focused on giving answers rather than insulting the audience while rambling about love.

>anime only
It was a PSP title

Peach Pit wrote Ookami kakushi, Ryukishi only served as the main editor and project leader for the Visual Novel, but wasn't the main writer. Konami had a number of writers who produced the primary story. When asked if he liked the project, he responded by saying that getting to meet Peach Pit was the best part of the experience, so it seemed like he didn't enjoy working on it very much.

Eh, I'd say Erika introduction was when the series kinda went to shit.

Episode 5 was the best.

Peach Pit. Wow, I meant Konami wrote POokami Kakushi. Just ignore me though, I'm clearly retarded.

>EP6
>Erika sure of her victory
>Battler turns the chessboard over
>pulls a gun
>"logic error solved, bitch"

What's not to love?

If you didn't get the solution by that stage that's your own business.

>If you didn't get the solution by that stage that's your own business.
That's the problem dummy, we got the solution, and it was shit.

>not getting hype as fuck during ep 5 tea party and ????

Ep 8 is the only shit one but sadly it's the conclusion.

Yes but only if the adaptation is done in the same manner as Ace Attorney.

>her name is Fuuka

So what's the catch about this series? If it's about mindfucking in mansion, there's Kawarasaki-ke no Ichizoku.

Not to mention these series is the reason most cut corners and released works by chapters.

>Literally reusing Umineko sprites

Why?

Episode 3 is the pinnacle of perfection fictional storytelling.

what's the solution?

He has done this with pretty much everything he has written. He views the characters as played by "actors", hence the likeness being reused in most 07th expansion VNs.

Usually he redraws the sprites though even if they have the same likeness

I want to deito Lucifer.
