There's no way you'd be able to make the gunfire out that clearly if he was firing from the 32nd floor. The shots are too clear and there's so much other shit going on that noise pollution would have drowned most of the sound out. Between the music, the people screaming, the sirens/police/first responder response, etc etc, those gunshots are too close to have been fired from the 32nd floor. I'd love to know who's handling the investigation. Lots of dead bodies with entry and exit wounds. You could easily tell if the shots came from above or ground level based on trajectory. Honest question. From the aerial view of the scene, the hotel where the shots were fired looks about two blocks away. So, you have a gun in a hotel room 32 floors above ground firing one to two blocks into a crowd at a noisy music concert. In between are streets and of course the normal sounds of a city at night.
