Lack of a ganster culture, lack of a victim mentality, and being surrounded in true poverty without gibs, instills some work ideal in them.

I live in an area of USA that is like 14% indian and they are dirty dirty people. They wash tgeir hands foot and armpits in punlic rest rooms and never discipline their 5+ kids. They constantly abuse store return policies and are generally cheap underhanded people. Disgusting!
African people coming to the USA today must go through rigorous testing, checks and prove to be able to provide for themselves or they won't get a visa. Only few applicants out of many get to go to the USA. Of course their are better than the average black guy. The African guys migrating to the EU without any check are on average even worse that the blacks in the USAs ghettos.
