Billions of dollars is too much capital for for one man to manage. Inefficiency is the result among others. We continually redesign and improve upon engines, yet we've had the same economic system for more than 100 years. Just with some duct tape here and there and some staples elsewhere.

They're going to move the company itself. Assets will be sold or moved. Everything will be liquidated before you illegalize private property. You want to illegalize personal property so even the middle class has incentive to flee with everything they can afford to ship out.

The fact they have it means they gained it through beneficial means by creating capital by investment, failing to do so means they lose it or not investing it means they lose the value it has. Either way large wealth means creation of real value, you're hating people successful at creating beneficial goods and services.

Let us have another competing economic system that can last, that's fine, but we've had that with socialism and it failed. China has developed a semi Fascist form of government system that could be the system that challenges our capitalist system but their system is still capitalism with technocratic management by the state, not a socialist system where the state controls the means of production.
