I really want to believe in the arms deal narrative, but I can't. Here's why.
If those guns were brought there to be sold, why the 32nd floor? Why up so high? It makes everything more complicated. If some autistic user can provide building specs that show those rooms were in proximity to staff/freight elevators or stairs, I'd be more likely to buy it. But being up that high makes EVERYTHING more complicated unless there's some reason we're not considering. But what those rooms were particularly good for was having a vantage point to fire on that crowd. That's really all they were good for. The higher you are in the building the longer you are on the elevator, the more risk of stops and people getting on with you.
