Gradually increasing the weight you can lift means doing just that.
If your body doesn't hurt a day after a workout it means you're not making progress as fast as you could be.

I'm pretty sure being consistently in pain isn't good for your daily life
DOMS is supposed to be frequent at the start of every dyel, and then goes away, and if it comes back it wont be as intense as the first one because thats your body getting the signal

Are 8 minute cardio really bad for your gains before every workout?

My gym has trainers there. Once gave me a routine, but it's the same all day every day. I do the same stuff every time I go to the gym and it's all about machines and just some bicep curls.

How do I get that daily stuff were people have leg day, chest day, arm day and all that? How can I learn that myself? I don't know anything about what form is right. I have no friends, so that's out of question. I have literally 0 experience.

It only took me 9 months, then again I ate way more than 3kcal a day
